Our partnership with TOGNANA for almost two decades has completely changed the Clay Roof Tiles scenario in the UAE. We were the first company to introduce Waterproof Clay Roof Tiles in UAE which was very well accepted by the Consultants, Contractors & Developers. At any point of time, we stock 10, 000 sqm of clay roof tiles of various types and models such as Natural Half Round Portogese type, Marsiglisie, various Antique types, Mediterranean Smart, Fully Brown, Flat Tiles, Coppo Tiles, Tuscany Coppo, Glazed & Matt Finish tiles and all accessories tiles in our warehouses located in Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Ras Al Khaimah.
HISTORY:
Established in 1820, TOGNANA INDUSTRIE E FORNACI is the oldest & the biggest Italian Clay Roof Tiles manufacturer supplying 65 countries worldwide. This almost 200 years old family run company is currently managed by seventh generation of Tognana family headed by Dr. Nicola Tognana, a true professional with great passion, commitment & responsibility.
PRODUCTION PROCESS:
All the production process phases are computerized and controlled with robotic systems so as to achieve the highest standards. The quality of the clays from the Veneto plain, carefully selected and mixed with the continuos support of laboratory are the basis to obtain a life-long product, with no need for maintenance and great esthetical quality. The production process for terracotta is completely controlled in all phases by a process calculator which ensures compliance with pre-set standards.
QUALITY:
By making appropriate use of the information gathered via computers, the human resources involved in the production cycle are able to optimize results with products that meet the highest standards.
Flexural strength, Water repellence, uniformity, flatness and appearence are tested every day according to a programmed sampling system to ensure that they meet all the necessary standards.
Tognana Natural Terracotta Tiles has a Solar Reflective Index (S.R.I) of more than 38 which is well above the acceptableS.R.I in Middle East. This S.R.I easily qualifies TOGNANA tiles under various Estidama & Green Building System requirements.

TOGNANA tiles confirm to standards UNI EN 1304, UNI EN 1024, UNI EN 538/539-1/539-2. Company's quality management systemis certified according to UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 & environment management system is certified according to UNI EN ISO 14001:2004
