Has been introduced as a new promising crop to efficiently use the available resources of the company during summer , to meet the growing demand of the industry . The present area is 2000 hectares , average yield of 12 tons / ha is expected .

Aljouf cultivate an area of 1500 hectares of both processing and table potatoes ( total of 50.000 tons annually ).The processing potatoes are produced under the highest quality standards that have been highly appreciated by the processing factories ( French fries and crisps ) .Aljouf has developed a unique production system for potatoes and onion that allows for year-round continuous, steady supply.

A- Alfalfa : is the main forage crop in an area of 4000 hectares that produce 100.00 tons of high quality forage which is highly appreciated by major dairy producers . B- Sorghum : forage ( Sudan grass ) is grown in an area of 1000 hectares . Average yield is 20 tons / ha .

Growing watermelon come as part of crop diversification plan that aims at the efficient and rational use of available resources . The product has gained higher scores in the market .

It is considered to be the major crop, as it occupies the largest area ( 14.000 hectares ). Average yield is the highest in the region ( 8 tons per hectare ). The grains product is stored in silos of 15.000 tons capacity . Aljouf is one of the authorized companies to produce certified wheat seeds in KSA .To this end , the company has installed a facility for seeds treatment & purification .
