We also manufacture cold stores both free standing and feeder container type, designed individually to meet the customer specific requirements.Our cold store panels are foamed-in-place (note frothed) for peak insulating efficiency. All the panels are molded with tongue and groove arrangement to extremely close tolerance for a tight fit between panels. Special Camlocks are used at regular intervals to prevent condensation and heat transfer.The outside metal skin is available in a wide range of standards as Mill finish, polyester color coated, PVF2 color coated, PVC Platisol coated, Stucco Embossed and stainless steel. The cold room doors of highest standards are inbuilt in our factory as per the clients requirement and are provided with complete accessories such as door locks, rubber gaskets, curtains and safety release machine. We can produce the panels from 50mm to 150mm thickness, overall density 40kg/m3 and camlocks on every 1000 mm.
