PHILIPP Spherical Head Transport Anchors consist of round steel where a spherical head and a foot are forged on. PHILIPP Spherical Head Transport Anchors can be used to lift walls or beams and to transport precast concrete units. A safe load transfer requires minimum dimensions & minimum center distances for the installation and positioning. Concrete units need to have a minimum surface reinforcement. This anchor may only be used in combination with the original PHILIPP Spherical Head Lifting Clutch.
PHILIPP Spherical Head Lifting Clutch is constructed in a way that an unintended coupling off (even without tension by a lifting device) is impossible. On lifting, attention must be paid that the lip shows into the direction of tension. PHILIPP Spherical Head Lifting Clutch is suitable for all directions (axial, diagonal and lateral tension). Coupling onoff can be made easily with one hand. This clutch may be used in combination with the original PHILIPP Spherical Head Transport Anchor.
PHILIPP Lifting Insert is a lifting insert with cross hole with threads on both sides. Once used, attention must be paid to the general instruction for installation and use. PHILIPP Lifting Inserts are used for transport of precast concrete units. The insert may only be used with PHILIPP devices.
PHILIPP Swivel Lifting Device consists of a forged ring bolt with a chain link and a bottom part made of special hardened steel. The inside construction consists of a bearing inlay. The use of PHILIPP Swivel Lifting Device in a sunk position with nailing plates with too small diameters is inadmissible. Because of its ball-bearing, the hanger moves after achievement of the nominal load bearing itself into the right force direction without removing the bottom part of the Philipp Swivel Lifting Device.

PHILIPP Connecting Loops can be used without additional proofs. The simple installation ensures practical application. PHILIPP Connecting Loop is a connecting element for the form closed connection of precast units. The flexible loops have the advantage that no “reverse bending” is required and hence the installation of precast units between columns is realizable. PHILIPP Connecting Loop consists of a plastic or galvanized steel recess former and is suitable for reinforced concrete and light weight concrete.

All TRU-WELD studs are supplied with ceramic ferrules designed for use with the particular fastener ordered. Ferrules are specially designed of ball clay and talc, an excellent material to withstand heat shock as well as reasonably high temperatures without melting or breaking.
