CAMTECH Double Isolation Ball Valve is trunnion mounted ball valve where a single body houses two obturators where, each obturator has two individual seats for sealing. These valves are used to drain or vent trapped fluid between the two obturators. This design guarantees great reliability of the system together with remarkable space and weight saving. The greatest savings are to be seen in the reduction of leak to atmosphere because the potential leak points are minimized compared to the conventional design. The valve internal profile is shaped to minimize turbulence and to avoid any potential obstacle for the passage of pigs. The valve body is designed to safely accommodate all predicable loads, including line pipe reactions. These valves have all the standard features of trunnion mounted ball valve such as Built-in cavity relief mechanism, Antistatic, and intrinsic double block and bleed facility. The valves have advanced design features such as a built-in cavity relief mechanism, Anti-static, and intrinsic double block and bleed facility. The valves are of 2-piece or 3-piece design, boltedwelded at the body connection joint, with flangedbutt weld ends, in reduced and full bore designs. These valves are available in Forged construction as well as Cast construction. Full Internal weld overlay or weld overlay on seat pocket area and body cavity can be provided with in-house cladding facility.Seat construction with Single piston effect and double piston effect can be provided.All valves are fire safe tested as per API 607 API 6FA.

These valves are designs and manufactured with a full bore port, rising stem, OS & Y type with floating seats. These valves are robust in construction and easy In-Line maintainability. The full port bi-directional flow capability minimizes pressure drop and turbulence. The expanding gate valve does not require line pressure to seal and is recommended when a tight mechanical seal is required. The design provides a mechanical seal between the seats and the gate in both high and low pressure applications. There are two piece wedged shape assembly consisting of a Gate and a Segment. The Gate is attached and driven by the stem. Positive sealing is achieved in both high and low pressure conditions by expanding the Gate and the Segment out towards the seats while in a closed position.
