EuroCOis a natural louvred ventilator suitable for natural day to day and smoke control ventilation. EuroCOconforms to EN 12101-2 and is CE marked. It can provide inlet or extract ventilation as well as permit the entry of natural daylight for most kinds of industrial and commercial buildings.

EuroCOlouvred ventilators are suited to most industrial and commercial buildings and are among the most cost-effective kinds of natural ventilators.

They are popular with Specifiers and Contractors because of the wide range of options available, and Building Operators and Owners because of their simplicity and low maintenance.

Wide range of applications- EuroCOis classed as a dual purpose ventilator, providing day to day andsmoke control ventilation andfire ventilation. EuroCOcan also be installed in the vertical either for low level air inlet or for high level extract.

Polycarbonate and glass versions allow the entry of natural daylight. EuroCOsmoke ventis also often used as a termination piece for large ducted or air handling systems. There are pneumatic, electric or hand controls and a wide range of louvre types, accessories and finishes

High performance- EuroCOsmoke vent is aerodynamically efficient and has a high resistance to weather.

Easy to install- EuroCOis delivered fully assembled to site and may be installed at any angle from the horizontal to the vertical. It has a wide range of base profiles to suit all sheeting, curb or glazing applications. Bases are customised to suit the installation into either curtain walling, glazing or prepared openings.

Durable- EuroCOsmoke vent is manufactured from tough, corrosion resistant aluminium alloy, grade 3005 in accordance with EN573-3, with stainless steel fixings. Louvres pivot on double nylon UV- resistant bearings.

Certified performance- EuroCOhas been exhaustively tested and certified to EN 12101-2: 2003 in accredited third party test laboratories and is CE marked.

Quality of manufacture- EuroCOis manufactured under the ISO 9001 quality standard. Each unit is given a functional test before despatch.

Colt Shadometal is an external fixed or moveable fabricated metal louvre solar shading system, designed to reduce heat gains and glare whilst maximising the use of natural daylight.

Shadometal may be installed either vertically or horizontally in front of the faade or on the roof. It can be either fixed or moveable. It is also suitable as a primary or secondary facade element to provide ventilation

A wide range of louvres Shadometal louvres are available in various colours, surface finishes and coatings to meet specific design requirements. Depending on the chosen arrangement of perforations to the louvre blade, light and radiation transmission can be accurately achieved for every specific application. Flexible controls- Shadometal shading systems are operated by linear actuators that have the capability to operate complete facades. A series of louvres are attached to a system of levers and push rods which link them to a control system. The louvres may be fixed at any angle and can rotate under motorised control within a range of up to 90.

Robust- Shadometal is made from high grade aluminium and stainless steel. The system is designed to compensate for thermal expansion.

Potential to reduce installation time Shadometal can be provided in modular pre-assembled form.

A fixed solar shading system may only truly be effective on a south facing building.
Controllable solar shading systems can better optimise the flows of heat and light energy than fixed solar shading systems. Since the louvres are designed to follow the path of the sun, daylight levels may be optimised whilst radiation levels are reduced to a minimum. The likelihood of over-shading or under-shading that frequently occurs with fixed solar shading is reduced, since the louvres are always set to optimum shading angle.
An additional benefit of movable systems is that when they are closed, they can provide additional security and can help reduce winter heat loss.

Colt ICS 4-Linkor Soltronicare the standard controls for Shadometal. These provide accurate control of the louvre blades, continually calculating the position of the sun and together with internal temperature and lighting sensors controlling the position of the louvres. On dull days, light sensors can operate to fully open the louvres to allow the occupants full vision to the outside at all times. Remote operation is also available via an internal modem interface.

Colt Solarfin is a fixed or moveable external solar shading system made from aluminium extrusions designed to reduce heat gains and glare in summer and reduce heat loss in winter.

Solarfin may be installed either vertically or horizontally in front of the faade or on the roof. It can be either fixed or moveable.

High performance -Excellent heat reflection along with controllable transmission of light to the building.

The louvres can rotate round 90 under motorised control with the lever system and round 360 with the gearbox system.

Solarfin comprises a series of extruded aluminium louvres mounted into a support frame. The louvres may be fixed at any angle and can rotate under motorised control within a range of up to 360 depending on the control system selected. With 8 standard profiles, louvres are available as one-piece extrusions in widths up to 400mm and as multiple clipped together extrusions in widths up to 1050mm.

Spans can be up to 6m without intermediate support and up to 10m with intermediate bracing rods. Fabricated and perforated fins are also available.
Colt has a wide range of standard profiles but bespoke profiles and designs can be developed on larger projects.
Solarfin is available either mill aluminium, polyester powder coated to a RAL colour or anodised.

Colt 3UL Universal Louvre is a roll-formed triple bank louvre system designed for applications requiring ventilation with the maximum degree of rain defence.

Colt 3UL Universal Louvre is a roll-formed or extruded double bank system, used for screening and/or ventilation. It is designed for use where rain defence is of the utmost importance.

3UL is a triple bank louvre system When rain defence is needed, we recommend the use of either2ULor 3UL. When rain defence is not of primary importance, we recommend the use of1UL.

Highly aerodynamically efficient this reduces air resistance, allowing the plant and the aperture to be minimised thereby saving running costs.

Enhanced rain defence performance- 2UL and 3UL versions have high resistance to rain ingress. Unlike other louvre types, Colt 2UL and 3UL panels have efficient drainage paths into their hollow section mullions, which in practice further increases their rain defence effectiveness.

Durable and maintenance free UL is completely made from corrosion resistant materials.

Thermal expansion of the louvres enabled the louvres are clipped (and not riveted or screwed) to structural supporting mullions.
