DANA purlinmaterials are with a light weight in order to confer to an effective and faster construction work. The C purlins are worth mentioning in this regard as they provide the best resistivity against rust and can be degraded with much ease. The C purlins are used for the framing of exterior portions of the wall. It is their alluring look for which they are being used as wall posts on large scale.
With our capacity to deliver huge quantities of purlins and cold-roll formed sections with very short lead times, DANA Steel is a leading supplier to construction projects in UAE , neighboring gulf countries (Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Kuwait) and African sub-continent.Our Purlins and cold-roll formed sections find application in a wide range of steel constructions, ranging from simple storage sheds to complex turbo-generator buildings in power plants.
Lengths:purlins and girts are supplied cut to required lengths up to 12m. Lengths exceeding this can be supplied but are subjected to suitable transport and site handling arrangements
Fastening:Fastening of purlins and girts to cleats in normally by either M12 or M16 class 4.6 bolts.
Ordering Notation :-
202c15 ( 202mm depth and 1.5mm thikness)
The first three digits of section reference indicate the depth of the section in millimeters (ie: 202 equals 202mm depth). The fourth digit is a letter that signifies the profile type(i.e: Z for Z profile & C for C profile). The last two digits indicate the material thickness ( i.e: 25 equals 2.5mm).

After hot rolling and pickling, steel is cold rolled (below the re crystallization temperature) to a reduced thickness. This is then followed by annealing in a closed atmosphere of nitrogen or other non-oxidizing gases thereby relieving stress, increasing strength and ductility. It also improves the surface finish and holds tighter tolerances.
Our product range of color coated material combines the strength and formability of steel with the corrosion resistance of zinc and paint. We have the widest range of colors in the market. Further, shades and degree of gloss can also be tailored to suit your requirement. PPGI could be supplied as coils, sheets, slit strips or even profiled sheets.
applications
Due to its high aesthetic value and its superior corrosion resistance, PPGI is used in several applications which include corrugated roofing sheets, sandwich panels, electrical appliances, furniture, barricading and many more
DANA STEEL Floor Decking Sheets( DSD 45/150 & DSD 75/305) are flat surfaces or platforms capable of supporting flooring and roofing sheets and these are connected to the outer or inner part of building structure. These sheets help in reducing the concentrated loading effect of roofing on the building structures by proper distribution of load. Steel. In normal roofing and flooring, decking enables to transfer of the shearing forces and help to retain the proper structure of roofing. Further, for proper roof safety against leakage, UV rays, cracking, decking is an excellent support.
Our Products are MADE IN UAE and exported to all neighboring gulf and African countries like Qatar, Oman(Muscat, Sohar, Salalah), Bahrain, Saudi Arabia(Riyadh, Jeddah, Yanbu, Dammam), Kenya, Tanzania, Jordan, Kuwait etc.
DANA Steels Floor Metal Decking Sheets are made up of metals like stainless steel, aluminum, zinc galvanized steel and are widely used as the strong and durable platforms for floors, roofs etc. DANA Decking Sheets are used as the valuable part of the construction as these are helpful to reduce excessive costs involved. In industries, high-rise building structures, houses, these sheets are much preferred.

Dana Steel UAEs facilities are well equipped for producing Z- Purlins which are the secondary structural members used to support the roof sheeting and the wall cladding. Besides being economical to use, the Z-Purlins provide excellent strength to weight ratio. The Z Channels are manufactured from galvanized coils conforming to ASTM A 653, Grade D with minimum yield strength of 345 Mpa. We can also manufacture Z purlins as per ASTM A653 Gr. 80.The range of purlins produced by Dana varies in depth from 100mm to 450 mm and the related thickness varies up to 3mm thereby allowing them to cater to large spans of up to 12.0 m. The flange widths, lip sizes and flange angles of the sections can be set to be manufactured based on individual client needs. The same is true of the anti-sag rods and connection fasteners as well as the Z Channels which are customized in size to provide flexibility of the connection to the main structure whether by utilizing the overlapped system or the sleeved system.
Z Purlins manufactured by our factory are exported to All neighboring gulf countries like UAE, QATAR, OMAN, BAHRAIN, SAUDI ARABIA, KUWAIT, JORDAN and AFRICA(KENYA, TANZANIA, SOUTH AFRICA, DJIBOUTI, ETHIOPIA).

DANA Ultra Panel is a fiberglass reinforced translucent panel manufactured from a specially formulated U V stabilized polyester resin system reinforced with high quality glass fiber to ensure UV and weather stability .The weather surface incorporated retains its smooth finish to a greater period of time providing self cleaning benefits.
Key Benefits
DANA Ultra is manufactured from a new generation composite resin system, which is then mixed with quality glass roving materials.
The extra heavy duty non-porous weather surface prevents water absorption, osmosis and gives sound protection against sand abrasion.
Reduce fibre show in comparison to the standard commercial grade translucent roofing products.
UV-stabilized non-delaminating weather surface technology
Application
DANA Ultra panel is suitable for use on food manufacturing buildings, shopping centers, supermarkets and any commercial or industrial projects where long term high quality light is required.
Length
DANA Ultra sheets are normally manufactured in any lengths up to 6.3 meters, but longer sheets are also possible, subject to our confirmation. Cover width shall depend on the type of profile .for profiled sheets and for flat sheets the width can be up to 1.2 meters.
