DRILLTECH CHEM OIL a full line of high quality swivel joints. We provide swivel joints that range from 1" to 4" and can handle up to 6, 000 psi for standard service. Also available are long sweep swivel joints, which are designed to withstand working pressures of 7, 500 to 20, 000 psi. Long sweep swivel joints for sour service are rated up to 15, 000 psi. All swivel joints have three key features, one they are made from heat-treated material to withstand high pressures. Second they have a dual-purpose packing composed of an anti-extrusion ring to reduce friction, and an active seal to prevent the fluid from leaking. All swivel joints have smooth bore finishes to ensure smooth flow.

This is what is called heavy steel fabrication. Some of the structures that are made through heavy steel fabrication include ships, large buildings and major piping systems.

DRILLTECH UAE has designed and engineered our own in house BOP Lifting Ring frames that are manufactured for many different working load limits. These BOP Lifting Ring frames are an in-expensive way for rigs to add a safer and easier way of handling and installing their BOP stack on each well. By using our BOP lifting ring you will not only improve rig safety, but you will also not have to modify your BOP stack at all to accommodate our Lifting ring frame. It is designed to fit around under your annular and lift the BOP stack without having to attach or weld anything to the BOP stack. Once the BOP stack is installed on the wellhead the BOP lifting frame can also be used as a secondary safety tieback anchor for the BOP stack.

These BOP Lifting rings are engineered with a 2.0 DAF (Dynamic Amplification Factor). The BOP Lifting Ring is a two-piece frame that will wrap around the BOP stack assembly on the annular bottom flange area supporting the stack during a lift. Two lifting lugs located at 180 degrees from each other are used to connect to BOP lifting hoists. We can also install four (4) centering lugs for offshore applications that need to center the stack.

Pup jointis designed and manufactured to adjust height of tubing or casing strings or depth of down-hole tools, and these pup joints are made of seamless steel pipes, and material for pup joint can be available in J55, K55, N80, L80 or P110. Pup joint can be available with tubing pup joint or casing pup joint, sizes of tubingpup jointrange from 2 inch to 4 inch , and casing pup joint range from 4 inch to 13 inch , thread of pup joint can be 8RD, 10RD or BTC, length of tubingpup jointare often offered in 2ft, 3ft, 4ft, 6ft, 8ft, 10ft and 12ft, length for special purpose can be available as per order. Pup joints are machined with interchangeable Pin & Box thread on two ends or other configuration, one end is equipped with coupling, and another end is protected with closed end thread protector. Nominal weight of tubing pup joint is the same as tubing, and casing pup joint is the same as casing.

DRILLTECH UAE have designed and manufactured above ground steel tanks storing flammable and combustible liquids, chemicals in accordance with API standards. We are competent enough to design and manufacture shop fabricated and site fabricated tanks of various capacities.

DRILLTECH UAE is capable of manufacturing PAUs, Skids, Pipe Racks and heavy items up to 1, 000-1, 500 Tones. DRLLTECH is capable and well experienced for transporting heavy items to ports and offshore field locations.

API Couplings are brief items of casing or tubing utilized as a sort of link in between the specific joints. They are usually made from the exact same quality of steel as the casing or tubing.

Sour service is available and all H S service 2 parts of Sara unions conform to the latest NACE specifications.

Low Temperature Service

DRILLTECH CHEM OIL unions can be supplied for low temperature applications with suitable impact value testing.

Interchangeability

All DRILLTECH CHEM OIL unions components of the same size and figure number are Weco interchangeable. All DRILLTECH CHEM OIL unions nuts have three hammer lugs.
