The founder Haysam Eid, a former hairstylist, was driven to create a range of products that would set the standard for those in the industry. Since its inception, EIDEAL has been growing at a substantial pace, thanks to its founder's constant search for idealism and a distinctive ability to provide the professionals with the best quality tools for their salons.

Haysam Eid, a professional hairstylist and thriving entrepreneur, sits today at the head of his own company, EIDEAL.

Specializing in the manufacture and sale of products to professional hair salons, the EIDEAL range was inspired by Haysam’s first-hand experience in the industry. After training at the globally renowned hairstyling academy, TONI&GUY, London, and shining as the only hair stylist in the Middle East to have completed the prestigious L'Oreal Professional Color Specialist Degree in 2006, Haysam Eid then majored in Business Management where he learned to combine his artistic and creative sense with his entrepreneurial flair and business acumen.

Driven by the lack of styling tools that mix creativity with practicality, he started developing a limited range of innovative, hair-beautifying products, for salon use. After building the brand from scratch, and despite the global economic downturn, Haysam witnessed a growing demand for his products in Lebanon. His ambitions, however, grew beyond the local borders.

In 2010, Haysam moved to Dubai, and worked on further expanding his brand to cover a wider range of products. Under his reign, EIDEAL achieved a name and fame. The brand soon became a reference in the hairdressing market, with its wide range of innovative styling tools.

As an individual, Haysam has garnered increased media recognition as a result of EIDEAL’s popularity and his accomplishments in the world of Show Jumping (Eid is a Show Jumper, sponsored by Cavalleria Toscana and Cavalos UAE). At the start of 2014 Haysam’s hard work and dedication was reflected in his inclusion in the prestigious Ahlan! Hot 100 list. The Hot 100 documents and celebrates the UAE’s most influential and inspiring residents from entrepreneurs and activists to pioneers and trendsetters, bringing them together in a commemorative book.

Seeking excellence and authenticity, Haysam Eid continues to devote his talent and know-how to take the beauty industry to greater heights. Inspired by his father and idol, the iconic hairdressing figure Younes Eid, Haysam continued his father's legacy. He turned his vision into reality with the establishment of EIDEAL; his visionary brand, combining his treasured family name with what he always strives for… idealism.
