Eissa Fiber Glass water storage tanks are produced with the help of rotational molding technique. The material used for manufacturing the tank is H.D.P.E (High Density Polyethylene). EFG chemical are made from the latest plastic raw material H.D.P.E. This material provides superior stress cracking and chemical resistance, unmatched low temp, impact and good toughness properties. In EFG, different types of resins are used for the manufacturing of RTRP (Reinforced Thermosetting Resin Pipes), which are selected according to the required properties like chemical resistance, temperature resistance and mechanical properties. The properties of FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic Pipes) can be varied by changing the ratio of the raw materials. Glass fibers provide strength and stiffness to a composite material. According to the type of resin used, FRP pipes can be classified as; GRP - Glass Reinforced Polyester (Iso-phallic resin) GRV - Glass Reinforced Vinyl ester (Vinyl ester resin) GRE - Glass Reinforced Epoxy (Epoxy resin)
This is a restrained joint system used for joining plain end pipes which consists of overlapping layers of fiberglass reinforcement thoroughly impregnated with the resin to achieve the specified width and thickness. It provides continuity in both hoop and axial directions. It is generally preferred for field adjustments and repair work where no other joint systems can be used. This joint is also called butt and strap joint and it results in high strength and requires skilled labor. Once the core pipe is laminated and tested successfully, jacket pipe cut to exact length to fit in the joint area is installed. This jacket pipe piece is laminated with the main jacket pipe by the same procedure. A nozzle is made on the jacket pipe to carry out the air test and subsequent injection of poly urethane foam. This type of joint is applicable for all the available pipe sizes.
Eissa Fiber glass lining is being recommended by Consultants for Godowns, Tanks, Mild Steel Containers, and Pipe Lines etc for the following reasons Weather Proofing Protection from humidity, moisture, fungi, insects & bacterial growth and biological degradation in the container. It does not rust, rot, corrode or swell. Extra Thermal and Electrical insulation and fire resistance can be incorporated, if required. Resins are also available to suit lining for storage of Food, Oils, Petroleum and Strong Chemicals. Fullest utilization of space and no chance of spillage, leakage or any sort of wastage of stored material. Longer life of lining and stored items is guaranteed by virtue of resin quality. Ease of Maintenance, Cleaning and Repair Normally the lining consists of two layers of chopped mat hardened with Polyester Resin followed by a thick layer of Gel coat giving a thickness of approx. 2.5mm. Thickness can be varied as per specifications subject to the quality and life of protection required. The materials used namely resin and fiberglass mat are the most advanced in todays technology and imported from only reputed manufactures all over the world.

FeaturesEasily assembled on site, EFG had Safety Ladder Systems to meet or exceed OSHA requirements. Though less costly than prefabricated ladder systems, these safety ladders provide a custom fit to the supporting structure. Ladders are stocked in standard heights of 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 20, and 24 are available in taller heights using splice kits. Ladders may be ordered with or without safety cage kits.

GRP Multiflo Covers are meant to be used as reinforcement material in plastic industry, Glass fiber Reinforced Plastics etc.Often GRP is the ideal material to manufacture baffle walls in tanks. By careful design and incorporation of stiffeners as required GRP can be used very successfully to make strong, corrosion resistant baffles for easy installation in new or existing concrete tanks. The baffle wall utilizes the benefits of glass reinforced fiber. The walls consist of individual glass reinforced plastic (GRP) corrugated panels that span from wall to wall overlapping each other to create a wall of almost unlimited height with adjustable top and bottom levels. The baffle is fixed to the concrete wall using slotted and bushed fittings which accommodate movement due to differential deflections that occur on concrete walls during filling and temperature changes. The GRP baffle walls are suitable for tanks spanning up to 9m wide, are quick and easy to fit to a fully constructed tank and easy to remove and reposition.
Both horizontal and inclined posts and rails are permanently joined using rivets and an epoxy compound.EFG modular rails can be set at any angle to the post, from 390 to 1800, using supplied cover plates.Straight splice kits are equally easy to incorporate, joined by either a riveted connection or a nut and bolt assembly. EFG modular posts are designed for conventional side- mounting, and kits are also available for installation of either top-mount stanchion bases or removable concrete-embedded bases.

Eissa Fiber Glass had infinite range of GRP Kiosks offer a purpose built, economic solution to equipment or personnel housing requirements. Designed specifically to meet customer requirements, GRP kiosks provide a long term solution too many industrial and indeed commercial applications. Our unique manufacturing methods allow us to construct GRP kiosks up to 50m in length, 12m in width and approximately 6m high. For larger GRP Kiosks, multiple panel design configurations are utilized to overcome mould restrictions.
All GRP kiosks are designed in accordance with current legislation and European and British standards.
Floor Plates are manufactured by up multiple layers of fiberglass reinforcement and specially formulated resins. The result of this process is a composite panel offering both by directional strength and corrosion resistance. These designed products are non-porous and are easily cleaned by high pressure washer and can withstand cleaning solutions.
Comprehensive range of GRP Cabinets and Enclosures up to the customer requirement suitable for Indoor and outdoor installations. All enclosures are completely finished in plant prior to dispatch. The enclosures will have smooth mould finish externally and coated hand layup finish internally.
