EGPI can manufacture special fittings according to customer's requirement. It can be a segmented fittings of special angles or combination of different sizes. A combination of Buttwelding, Electrofusion or Flange Fittings can also be fabricated with the pipe as long as it is within the limitation of the machine.

EGPI manufactures also PP Pipes for size ranging from 20MM to 125MM with pressure classification of PN10, PN16, PN20 and PN25. Our PP-R pipes strictly follows the German DIN807778 Standard.

EGPI manufactures High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipes for size ranging from 16MM OD up to 1, 200MM OD. The company strictly follows the internationally known German Standards DIN807475 and also conforms to ISO4427 and other relevant ISO standard recommendations. Pressure classification starts from 4Bar up to 25 Bars. Standard cutting lengths for smaller pipes up to 125MM OD are 100M and 200M. Larger diameters have standard cutting length of 6M and 12M. Other pressure classes and cutting lengths outside the standard can be produced upon special request.

Low Density Polyethylene(LDPE) Pipe is very flexible so it can be installed with lesser fittings. Because of its durability, it is especially suited in the Middle East climate for above and below ground irrigation networks. LDPE pipe is suitable also for landscaping pipe network, agriculture and other low pressure piping applications. EGPI LDPE pipes are produced according to DIN807273 from sizes 16mm to 32mm. Standard cutting lenghts are 100, 200 and 400meters.

EGPI manufactures HDPE conduit pipes for the protection of Electrical, Telephone and Fiber-optic Cables. A black HDPE pipe is produced with red-color stripes to identify the pipes are for conduit applications. Smaller sizes can be produced in long lenghts up to 1200 meters to maintain seamless flow of cables without the use of fittings. Conduit pipe size range from 20mm up to 125mm.

EGPI offers a wide range of multi-layer Corrugated pipes for civil engineering, land and road drainage, waste water, and storm water disposal applications. The structure of corrugated pipe results in saving of weight compared to solid wall pipe of same diameter and ring stiffness.Tranporting and handling is easy compared to pipes made of steel, concrete, clay and fiberglass due to its lightweight and impact resistance. It can absorbed high flexibility up to 30% and offer high resistance to corrosion compared to traditional pipe system. The inner layer is very smooth which guarantees an excellent water flow.

profiled pipes, a saving of 65% in weight can be obtained compared to equivalent solid wall pipes with the same capacity. Non-pressure pipes before are using big thickness pipes in order to maintain the loads which influence the pipes. This will result to a very heavy and expensive pipes. To solve this problem, the profile pipes has been developed and calculated to special structure design to produce a significantly higher moment of inertia to carry the load. By comparison, a solid wall pipe of the same material with the respective moment of inertia would weigh three times more. The profiles are wound to spiral on special mandrels that defines the internal diameter of the pipe. Another advantage of spiral wound pipe is its capacity to produce at a very large diameter.

Drip Irrigation LDPE Pipe technology revolutionized lately with innovations using flat Dripper. It minimizes the dimension of the dripper with multiple water outlets. Using this technology in irrigation pipe reduces water vaporization, not wind-prone and even distribution of water optimizing the nourishment of the crops. It also balances the soil and have a clean harvest processes. But the most important function of drip irrigation pipe is controlling the required water flow directly to the roots thereby saving unnecessary water. Pipe size range from 16mm to 25mm OD.

The main carrier is HDPE pipe with thin-walled HDPE casingjacket & Polyurethane Foam Insulation at the center. Applications are for chilled & hot water, oil & gas, and other energy conservation purposes. The main carrier can be made of different pipe material also.
