It is suitable for perimeter pointing around doors, windows, metallic services, and for use in low movement linear joints in walls and floors.Pyroplex Intumescent Acrylic Sealant can provide up to 240 minutes fire resistance integrity depending on application and backing material required. The material is compatible with common building materials.Pyroplex Intumescent Acrylic Sealant is tested to BS 476: Part 20 1987, BS EN1366-4: 2006 and has European Classification EI240 in accordance with BS EN 13501-2: 2007.

Pyroplex CE Marked Pipe Wraps have been specifically designed to reinstate the fire resistance of a wall or floor which has been penetrated by services such as plastic flammable pipes used in soil, waste and drainage services.Pyroplex CE Marked Pipe Wraps are available in two fire ratings; 2 hour and 4 hour. To fit, simply fix wrap around the pipe using adhesive tab and slide along pipe into wallfloor cavity. After insertion the cavity around the wrap can be made good with filler.Pyroplex CE Marked Pipe Wraps are tested to BS 476: Part 20: 1987 and BS EN 1336-3: 2004 and have a European Classification in accordance with BS EN 13501-2: 2007.

The Pyroplex 60 Minute Fire Glazing Seal System (PFG1HR) has been specifically designed and developed for use within fire resistant glazed apertures. The glazing seal incorporates two integral glazing fins to accommodate tolerance variations in both glass and door cores, whilst maintaining sufficient compression of the glass and maintaining a low visual sightline.The three part system consists of 2 glazing seals and 1 aperture liner.The system has been tested to the requirements of BS476: Part 22:1987: clause(s) 67, tested on uninsulated and insulated glass types, including radiation glasses.
