Leading Manufacturer, Supplier & Retailer of Natural Ventilators, Universal Card-Coin Change Machines, Precision Air Conditioning Units, Home Automation Controls and air purification.
Commercial grade air purifiers are manufactured as both a small stand-alone unit and as larger units that can be affixed to an air handler unit (AHU) or to an HVAC unit. Air purifiers are commonly found in the medical, industrial, and commercial industries.
Air terminal units are small air handlers designed for local use and may only include an air filter, coil, and blower. These simple terminal units are called “blower coils” or “fan-coil units.” Makeup air units are larger air terminals that condition 100 % outside air (and no recirculated air). Air handlers designed for outdoor use, typically mounted on rooftops, are known as packaged units (PU) or rooftop units (RTU).
Analog and digital monitoring equipment for use in many applications from HVAC to water movement and control. Manufacturers: Winters
Grilles, registers, diffusers and louvers are the aesthetically-functional face of an HVAC system. They are available in an unlimited array of sizes, colors, controls, and configurations and can be custom-designed to suit any project. Along with standard units, specialized units are available for security and fire prevention applications, and designed with special filters for use in hospitals and laboratories.
Natural ventilation is the process of supplying and removing air through an indoor space by natural means. There are two types of natural ventilation occurring in buildings: wind driven ventilation and stack ventilation.
Precision air conditioning units are designed to run non-stop maintaining a very close control on environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity.
Storage tanks accumulate and store collected matter. The size of an expansion tank depends on the system pressure, collector area, system volume, and static height of the system.
UV Disinfectant Systems use ultraviolet lamps to effectively remove bacteria and other pathogens providing clean water for home and office. UV treatments are safe to use and chemical free. UV treatment does not change the taste, odor, pH or the general chemistry of water. UV systems are compatible with all other water treatment equipment including reverse osmosis, filtration, water-conditioning and softening.
Valves may be operated manually, either by a hand wheel, lever or pedal. Valves may also be automatic, driven by changes in pressure, temperature or flow. These changes may act upon a diaphragm or a piston which in turn activates the valve, examples of this type of valve found commonly are safety valves fitted to hot water systems or steam boilers.
Passive vibration isolation systems consist essentially of a mass-spring-damper system. Isolating devices reflect and absorb waves of oscillatory energy extending from a working gear or piece of electrical equipment with the aid of effect of vibration insulation. Isolators are available in a wide range of sizes and configurations.
Self check-in kiosks provide airline passengers with a quick and convenient alternative to traditional check in. Passengers holding e-tickets can check in, choose their seats and print a boarding pass. Along with helping to design the right system for your needs, EIC offers installation, testing, and preventative and operational maintenance.
Hand-held ticketing machines are designed to reduce the number or errors made when issuing tickets for parking violations. The device uses a combo-box menu to enter data before the final citation is printed. The data is stored in the hand-held system and entered into the main data system at the end of the enforcement officer’s shift.
Universal cardcoin change machines are designed for heavy-duty, large volume operations and feature high speed coin counters and automatic coin bagging systems.
Control residential units, offices, and entire building thru KNX network of Merten by Schneider Electric. The system can control lighting, HVAC, security intrusion, fire alarm, and any appliances with optional fixed or wireless touch screens.
HVAC Temperature Controls HVAC temperature controls maximize your structure’s energy performance and client comfort.
A management system for rooms of guest houses, hotels, and bed & breakfasts. This system can include a bedside panel to control all aspect of the room from one location near the bed or via wireless touch screen.
Ultraviolet Germicidal Radiation (UVGI) is a disinfection method that uses ultraviolet (UV) light at sufficiently short wavelength to kill microorganisms. It is used in a variety of applications, such as food, air and water purification. UVGI utilizes short-wavelength ultraviolet radiation (UV-C) that is harmful to microorganisms. It is effective in destroying the nucleic acids in these organisms so that their DNA is disrupted by the UV radiation, leaving them unable to perform vital cellular functions.
martMeter integrates all of the systems in a parking structure allowing for more efficient operation. For example, SmartMeter eliminates lost revenue due to “Piggybacking” and can be used to guide enforcement personnel to infringing vehicles, saving time and increasing revenue. The wireless system is easy to install with little encroachment on existing construction and has no impact on existing IT infrastructure.
The Loadmaster is a load balancing and Layer 7 content switching appliance with SSL Acceleration and Advanced Delivery and Optimization (ADC) features. The system is designed to intelligently and efficiently distribute user traffic among web and application servers to ensure users receive the best service possible. The device gives IT administrators greater control and enables them to easily adapt to network changes by providing a resource optimization layer in front of applications and servers.
1-, 2-, or 3-phase power unit to 690 Vac and 1, 600 A for controlling voltage applied to loads such as heating elements. Phase control, zero crossing, PID input, and local potentiometer control are standard, while RS-485 communication is optional. Applications include heaters, electrolysis, multi-zone heating, voltage-controlled devices, and dimming of high-power loads.
Waste air purification systems combine photo-oxidation and catalytic oxidation for removal of pollutants, odors and solvents. The waste air purification process is based on a technology that induces photo-oxidizing reactions to remove organic solvents and odorous substances using UVC light as the driving force in this process. A catalytic converter further increases the effectiveness of the oxidation reactions.
Direct-Fired make-Up Air Systems are widely used in kitchen and food-service operations to replace stale or foul exhaust air with fresh and clean outside air. Models are provided in capacities from 800 to 14, 000 CFM with 100% fresh air heated by either natural of LP gas.
Pumps are used to move gases, liquids, or slurries. A pump displaces a volume by physical or mechanical action. Pumps fall into two major groups: positive displacement and rotodynamic.
Ionization units generate clean, healthy, fresh air by the inactivation of germs and odor molecules through oxidation or “activated oxygen.” Outdoors, activated oxygen primarily occurs in the form of positive and negative air ions and ozone. Indoors, on the other hand, air ions rarely occur. Air ionization systems “copy” the natural process of air regeneration improving indoor air quality.
Available in hundreds of configurations and sizes, drains can be used to remove water, chemicals, oil and other liquids from buildings, parking structures and roadways. Some units are designed to collect and separate particles, oils and grease from liquid or to keep contaminants from entering the water supply. Many materials are available including cast iron, PVC, stainless steel and bronze.
Used for under-floor HVAC ducting and electrical needs, floating floors are required in many of today’s building projects. Manufacturers: Uniflair
