Pipings

Piping components are used for temporary operations and removable piping systems.Each element is fitted with hammer union ends for fast and easy installation or alternatively, we can supply piping with flanges (API/ANSI) or hubs (API/clamp connector type). Commonly used in upstream Oil & Gas well sites it can be useful in all industrial purposes.

Sand Filter

PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION

The Dual Pot Sand Filter is designed to remove solid particles from well effluent. Located after the flowhead, it protects downstream equipment against erosion.

The 2-SF (2 Stage Filtration) dual pot sand filter offers many advantages when compred to conventional models:

The first stage filtration is achieved by centrifugal separation whilst the second stage filtration employs an advanced removable screen to perform a mechanical cut-out. The vessels are fitted with a removable wear sleeve and the necessary nozzles for flushing with water.

As the fluid fows from outside to inside the screen, the flow area is not obstructed by the sand accumulation, provinding a longer operating time compared to competitors.

Wing Unions

Wing unions are one of the most common quick connection methods used in the oilfield for joining together components in a temporary pipe work system. They also have expanding applications in fixed installations and also for industrial purposes.

FCE primarily manufactures unions for Sour Gas Service in oilfield usage particularly Well Testing and special industrial applications. They also supply a large range of standard service WECO from FMC.
