The BV series is available in four versions of single pump (from 8 to 230 L/min at 1200 rpm) and six versions of double pump (from 55 to 370 L/min at 1200 rpm), with maximum powers of over 300 HP.
The BV series pumps are extremely compact and are supplied with ISO norm mechanical couplings and SAE norm hydraulic fittings.
This makes them very easy to install and guarantees their interchangeability with other similar pumps.
The motors vary in size (rated displacement) from 8 cm3 [0.50 in3] to 800 cm3 [48.9 in3] per revolution.Speeds range up to approx. 2500 min-1 (rpm) for the smallest type and up to approx 600 min-1 (rpm) for the largest type.
USES
The above mentioned valves are generally used for blocking work circuits under pressure, such as guarding against falling loads in the event of pipe breaking.

Bellhousings are the mechanical elements used to connect an electric motor equipped
with standard flange to a hydraulic pump, thus forming the pump/motor unit.
The bellhousings of this range allow to establish a perfect assembly between
electrical motors with standard flange up to 270 kW and the majority of the
hydraulic pumps available on the world market.
The hydraulic power unit is equipped with two accumulators to cover peak requirements.

The internal gear pump draws the hydraulic fluid from the tank and pumps it into the accumulator. As soon as the pressure in the accumulator has risen, the accumulator charging valve switches the pump over to circulation, the pump discharges back into the tank trough the accumulator charging valve at practically no pressure.
A non-return valve prevents the hydraulic fluid from flowing back out of the accumulator. If the pressure in the accumulator drops by 10%, the charging valve switches over and the accumulators are charged again. A pressure reducing valve, downstream of the accumulator, supplies oil to the actuators at a constant, controlled system pressure.
