We offer a complete product range of Light Breakers, Heavy Breakers, Reversible Compactors, Vibratronics Pokers and Thrust Screed
Light Duty demolition hammers are suitable for small applications like chipping works, light to medium demolition works etc.
These lightweight to heavyweight breakers are easy to handle. They are ideal for working on footpaths, light to medium tarmacs, asphalt and high value newton concrete with a thickness of 75 – 450mm. Wide series available for all light utility and municipality work, heavy civil engineering work, demolition, plant hire etc.
A heavy duty forward and reversible plate compactor with a 30-60KN centrifugal force, and hydraulic shift gearbox for changing movement direction. The RPC 30/40 range is ideal for compaction work close to piles and concrete bases. Excellent for floor fillings, foundations, road repairs and backfill in pipe trenches./p> Maximum compaction force from 30-60kn vibration unit Easy to control with hydraulic gearshift mechanism Designed for easy maintenance with removable covers, belt tensioners and self priming hydraulic system Compact system for easy maneuverability in tight situations Built in lifting points provide easy transportation around site
A heavy duty highly reliable high frequency electronic poker designed for the toughest of site conditions. The vibratech pokers use in line converter, eliminating the need for an additional external power source Choice of 10m or 7m abrasion resistant hose to poker head designed for deeply poured concrete 15m of cable to switch for long reach from power supply Simple and sturdy design enable very reliable operation Long life motor requires virtually no maintenance Die cast moulded aluminum housing with chamfered edges
PThe Pro screed compacts, levels and finishes concrete floors, pavements, runways and bridges up to 25m in one pass. The Pro Screed gives very flat surface or can be set to form a crown or invert in the concrete bay. Very high compaction is achieved by high power concrete vibrators – to a depth of 300mm High Power pneumatic vibrators give powerful and equal vibration along with the full length of the screed Adjusts in height to achieve very high tolerance on surface flatness. Can also be adjusted to achieve a crown or invert. High output, up to 75m3 concrete laid per hour Suitable for use on very low slump concrete
Floats are used to smoothen and improve the surface of the concrete. The floats swivel head allows the blade to be pushed and pulled across the surface. The concrete rakes and placers are designed to effortlessly drag concrete during the slab pour. They can also be used as a small surface temper.
Specially designed and developed to lift palletized brickloads (Note: bricks must be securely bound). Suitable for handling all type of concrete products such as slabs, steel strapped bricks, blocks, kerb stones and paving blocks. Fitted wth an automatic, open/closed device that enables a single operator to stackor un-stack palletized bound loads. Lined with hard rubber pads to minimize damage to load.
This crane fork is especially for lifting of brick packs and pallets. These forks have the advantage of a spring loaded lifting eye which automatically adjusts to compensate for the different weights carried. This ensures that the crane fork stays level, both when empty or full. The load height of these forks can be adjusted from 1150mm to 1750mm by a pin system.
Rectangular shape with 3mm sheet edge profile surround, oil tight and water tight welded joints., Roller system with automatic release, can be tipped in any position by cable pull from the driver’s seat. Safeguard against inadvertent slipping and tipping. Sturdy baseframe with run in recesses, optionally with retrofitted guide rollers and fixed rollers.
For max 2 persons and tools, it is suitable for use with forklift truck or crane. Fitted as standard with practical tool tray, four crange lugs (no chain) and entrance door on side. Built in conformance with the official labour safety regulation.
For two persons, the injured person in the stretcher and the firs aider. The two doors on the narrow sides of the fully enclosed cage permit the first aider to enter and leave the rescue cage with the stretcher at whichever is the open side, with spring loaded lug., 1.40m rope and spring loaded legs for shock proofing when setting down. In conformance with official labor safety regulations and safety regulations for hoistable passenger lifting equipment (passenger lifting equipment “Test for safety”)
Safe and convenient – a rugged cage specially for transporting heavy materials with crane or forklift truck. These are very sturdy constructed cages and are available in two sizes, all with full opening front gate(s), four lifting lugs and four fork pockets.
Kerb Stone Handle – a very simple rugged tubular steel design to aid in the transportation and placement of kerbs, edge blocks and natural stone kerbs by hand. Kerh Grab – designed to used by hand or by the means of mechanical lift depending on the weight being lifted Kerb Clamp – suitable for lifting all types of kerbs, step and other performed sections
A robust and compact drive system designed for heavy site and rental use, providing effective air removal from concrete from a portable independent power source. 5m heavy duty reinforced flexible shaft. Industry standard “Two Dog” drive coupling Robust and durable engine protection frame Fitted with speed limitation to prevent over reviving of engine and poker burn out
The Trelawny single head & triple head scabblers, with one piece piston are proven to be the choice for “fracturing” thicker, tough to remove materials and concrete dressing. They are the perfect tool for the preparation of concrete surfaces. Fitted with a Tungsten carbide tipped cruciform head for the reduction, texturing and roughening of concrete Vacuum shroud available for dust free operation Quick change replaceable heads for less downtime and lower maintenance costs Nylon brush seals clean the pistons on every strock and improve performance and tool life Single screw cap design for piston replacement
The multi head floor scabbler is designed for removing concrete laitance while reducing the damage to the substrate and is featured in low vibrations. This prevents the ingress of the water which freezes and can cause cracking of substrate. The machine is also used to create a key for topping or a textured finish to the surface of the concrete. 3 point vibration damping system for operator comfort (4.96m/s2) Optional cruciform heads are available for material reduction with smoother finish Light enough for use on top of concrete wall area Available with optional vacuum shroud (TVS Tool) Operates from a small single tool compressor (55cfm/26litres/second)
The Trelawny Planer/Scarifier is designed for light to heavy duty applications. The equipment is used for removal of laitance, rust, paint, excess concrete and deposits from the surface. The TFP320 is designed for heavy duty applications and benefits from hydraulic mechanism for easy maneuverability. Accurate depth control for very accurate performance Four wheel transport system with 2 large rear wheels for easy transportation Fitted with vacuum adaptor for dust removal (dust extractor required) Engineered from 8mm welded steel for ultimate strength and reliability Dead man switch for operator safety (TFP 260) Hydraulic drive controls (TFP 220
