The term Fuel Oil is also used in a stricter sense to refer only to the heaviest commercial fuel that can be obtained from crude oil, heavier than gasoline and naphtha. It was a distillate oil for burners requiring low-viscosity fuel. Oil is a commercial heating oil for burner installations not equipped with preheaters. It may be obtained from the heavy gas oil cut. Residual fuels represent the heavy yields from the refining processes. Straight-run fuel oils are produced solely from atmospheric distillation and are generally used as an intermediate feedstock for further processing within the refining system to increase the yields of lighter products. Cracked fuel oils are used as fuel for power generation, marine bunkers and large industrial heating plants. Generally categorised between high and low-sulphur grades, with the latter containing less than 1.0 % sulphur by weight.

Bitumen is a product of Crude oil distillation. It is a semi-solid hydrocarbon product produced by removing the lighter fractions (such as liquid petroleum gas, petrol and diesel) from heavy crude oil during the refining process. As such, it is correctly known as refined bitumen. We deal in grades 40/50, 60/70 & 80/100 and supply new drums & bulk vessel. Our direct access to renowned refineries ensures high-quality procurement of bitumen and currently we are exporting 50, 000 metric tons per annum to India, China, and Africa. Based on the generation source bitumen can be classified into three categories: natural, petroleum asphalts, coal tar pitches. Based on their applications, bitumen can be divided into two groups: road construction or thin bitumen and building bitumen (roof insulator) or hard bitumen. Known for its adhesive and cohesive assets, bitumen is mostly utilised in the construction industry. Bitumen is applied on road paving because it is viscous when hot, but solid once it cools down. Therefore Bitumen operates as the binder/glue for pieces of the aggregate. The vast majority of refined bitumen is used in construction: primarily as a constituent of products used in paving and roofing applications. According to the requirements of the end use bitumen is produced to specification. This is achieved either by refining process or blending. It is estimated that the current world use of bitumen is approximately 102 million tonnes per year. Approximately 85% of all the bitumen produced is used as the binder in asphalt for roads.

We obtain base oil from the GCC countries which is tested in our partners’ facilities using most modern instruments and meet international ASTM standards. After secure procurement it is offered for export at most competitive rates all over the world. Base oil is the name given to lubrication grade oils, initially produced from refining crude oil or through chemical synthesis (synthetic base oil). Base oil is typically defined as oil with a boiling point range between 550 and 1050 F, consisting of hydrocarbons with 18 to 40 carbon atoms. This Base Oil can be either paraffinic or napthenic in nature depending on the chemical structure of the molecules. Main use for base oils is in the manufacturing of lubricants. The best known are automotive lubricants. Generally, one litre of lubricants is composed of anywhere between 50% and 90% base oil, the rest being made up of additives.

Used Oil Oil is toxic to living things and very slow to degrade. Disposing of used oil in regular trash may seep into ground water. Dumping of used oil into storm drains flushes it straight into rivers and other waterways that are sources of drinking water for animals and at places for humans. Recycling is the best option for disposing off used oils. It keeps used oil away from polluting the environment and at the same time can be reused for making new lubricating products. We use most sophisticated recycling methods to get pure quality base oil. The more used oil we recycle the lesser crude oil we need to derive base oils. Less extraction of crude oil will save energy and money. Used oil is a petroleum product and certain lubricating oils which are not good enough to be recycled in to base oils can be recycled and made into standard quality fuel oils. These fuel oils can be used for burning purpose in the power plants, furnaces and industrial kilns etc. The entire used oil recycling process is a way to control pollution and it helps to protect our planet earth at large. We recycle used oil and convert it to reusable base oil for making lubricants by adding required petrochemicals. Recycled by-products include fuel oil - CST 180/280/380 and furnace oil which is largely used in manufacturing industries.
