JX Nippon Oil & Energy Middle East & Africa FZE (NOEMA) has started its operation in Dubai in August 2011 as per the Japanese energy giant JX Nippon Oil & Energy’s (NOE) expansion plan into Middle East and Africa.

NOEMA is 100% owned by JX Nippon Oil & Energy Company and it is the 16th Lubricants Sales office for the JX Group.

NOEMA’s main objective is to introduce and expand the Japanese Technology Lubricants “ENEOS” branded products, which are highly technical and specialized products which are specially made for the hot and dry weather suitable for Middle East and Africa regions. NOEMA is currently aiming to appoint new partners/Distributors in each country in the designated region for the ENEOS branded lubricants sales and marketing.

NOEMA has got the facility and capacity to introduce all range of lubricants. ENEOS ranges of products are No.1 Oil in Japan and specially made to target Japanese and Korean vehicles. JX group understands the demand to withstand extreme hot weather and longer oil life conditions laid down by Japanese OEM’s like Toyota, Nissan, Isuzu, Mitsubishi, Mazda, Honda, Subaru, Suzuki, Yamaha, Kubota, Komatsu, Kobelco, Hitachi, Yanmar, CAT, FUSO, Hino and Hyundai since JX group itself involved in developing cutting edge technology special OEM lubricants to them. JX supply OEM lubricants both in Japan and globally.
