Neway cryogenic trunnion ball valves are produced by the most advanced technology. It is designed with LIP SEAL which can keep valves with excellent sealing performance in ultra-low temperature. Neway trunnion mounted ball valves are designed in accordance with API6D featuring 2 pc or 3 pc split body side entry or top entry design. Wide range of sealing material including PTFE, Peek, Devlon, Nylon etc, valve can be used in working temperature range -46 500. This series of valves are optional designed with Double block and bleed or double piston type. All valves are equipped with sealant injection system for both stem and seats to allow external intervention to prevent seat or stem leakage. The top entry ball valve can be used for in-line maintenance services. Neway full range of trunnion mounted ball valves is fire safe test certified by Llodys Register per API607 and API6FA.

Neway fully welded ball valves are especially designed for gas transportation and storage industries. The fully welded body design can prevent any potential external leakage from connection of body and bonnet. In addition, the forged body with the advantages of consistent grain size and even thickness. Thus it inherently eliminates the conventional casted valve material defects, such as: shrinkage, porosity.
