Applications include overwrapping for various products such as Tea, Perfumes, Confectionery, Cigarettes, etc.
At Nuplas, we offer flexible laminates that comprises of material from various substrates. Each substrates are included in the design / structure depending on the need. Each performs specific requirement, be it for improving Aesthetic value to barrier protection of product inside.
The substrates used in laminates are broadly divided into following categories:
For Printing:PET, BOPP, PVC
For Barrier / protection:Aluminium foil, Met PET, Met BOPP
For Sealing:Heat Seal Lacquers, LDPE, LLDPE etc.
The substrates and its thickness/sizes can be chosen from the wide available range to suit particular requirements of the customer.

The aluminium foil coated with heat seal lacquer suitable for use in making thermoforming or cold forming blisters.
Easily Sealable to thermoforming and cold forming blister base materials
This PVC/PE or Al/PE laminates are used for Unit dose packaging. These laminates have unique sealing and peel-ability features that are useful for products like Suppositories form of medicines. The Al/PE structure can be used for sensitive medical product as it offers much better protection.
Most commonly used laminate is of white shade for this purpose (for mostly printing base) but we can also offer this laminate in other colors like Amber, green, orange etc as per requirements of the application.

Nuplas offers variety of thermoforming products for various applications. All the thermoforming machines are of best in its class imported from Europe. The complete manufacturing process is in GMP class facility to ensure complete hygiene as many of the end products are used for handling food items.
Nuplas Industries has pioneer in manufacturing of wide range of custom thermoformed plastic trays for variety of applications. All the trays are being manufactured as per design and specification selected by our customers depending upon the application. We use our 20 years of experience in assisting our customers in selection process.
We can thermoform almost all kinds of plastics from PS, OPS, PP to PVC and PET, the final selection of the base product for the thermoformed products depend on the suitability for the application it will be used for.
Nuplas offers 1oz, 3oz, 40z, 5oz, 60z, 7oz, 12oz, 14oz and 16oz plastic disposable cups made from PP. Nuplas can also offer cups in PS and PET.
Nuplas can also produce customized cups depending on the material and quantity required.
Nuplas manufactures lids using PS, PVC, PET for producing various types of lids as per the suitability. We produce lids for our 1oz, 3oz, 40z, 12oz, 14oz and 16oz cups and can assure fairly quick delivery. The production process is as per international standards and our products are suitable for packing food items.
