Vulcanized splicing of rubber conveyor belting is an essential part of the services offered by ORF. The vulcanizing of fabric ply conveyor belting is carried out either under a hot or cold method depending on the requirements and specifications. The vulcanizing of steel chord conveyor belting is carried out under the hot method. The work is done at an ORF service centre or at the customers site depending on convenience and requirement.

ORF cover hoods efficiently protect material being carried by belt from being blown off the conveyor. AI, MS or GI steel construction plain or corrugated models 135 to 180 full or part coverage. Thickness: 0.6mm to 3mm.
These idlers are used in place of normal 3-roll troughing idlers to support belt oncarrying side. The pinching effect on belt between two rolls is high for these situations:
ORF manufactures roller conveyors that are standard or customized for handling of packaging, warehouse and other industrial applications.
A Variatrough Idler set consists of two types: A-side rollers and one type B centre rollers. Side rollers of this arrangement can be set at angles of 20, 30, 40, 50 or 60 in order to achieve the desired belt trough.
The flat return idler has a single roll to support the return run of the belt conveyor. The idler consists of single roll and a pair of brackets to install below conveyor stringers.

ORF are manufacturing standard and customized bucket elevator systems for bulk-handling of primary materials and other industrial applications. This is one of the most efficient ways to elevate bulk materials at a higher degree or vertically. Manufactured to rigid quality standards. ORF is ISO 9001-2008 certified.
ORF bucket elevator consists of a series of buckets attached to a belt or chain with pulleys or sprockets located at the top and bottom of the unit. The buckets are located in a casing or housing to contain the material. Bulk materials are loaded into each bucket as the buckets move past the inlet point. ORF designs and manufactures a wide variety of bucket elevators based on the characteristics of the bulk material and the process requirements.
Salient Features:Feed rollers are covered with specially-designed rubber rings of adequate thickness and resistance. Impact rollers are positioned in cases where sharp-edged and pointed material is continuously falling with great force. Conveyor belts are subjected to a particularly high level of impact strain and subjected to damage at their feeding points. In such cases the conveyor belt is subjected to the risk of penetration and ply injury. Specially-designed closely-spaced impact rollers are used on the carrying side of the monotrough transoms to soften the force of impact and absorb shock pressures.
Application:Packaging and warehouse industry and other light duty applications.
To meet the demands of in-service operation, impact rings have been given the cross-section design shown in the illustration. As dynamic stressing of the rubber rings is frequently very high, a combined structure of two different materials has proved advantageous for those rings subjected to heavy duty applications.
