Our Kalamata Olive Hummus uses our Traditional as a base, then we mix in hand chopped olives, olive brine, and a sprinkle of rosemary, for good luck. The definition of a Mojo (pronounced mo-ho), which originates in Cuba, is any type of sauce that contains some form of citrus or fruit, spiciness from peppers and, of course, garlic. Our Mojo is mango based and it is packed with flavors like lemon, cilantro, jalapenos and garlic, so it definitely has that sweet heat thing going on. This flavor is available seasonally when organic mangoes are in their prime!
