PETRAs fan coil units (RAC Series) are designed for applications with low static pressure. The units are particularly suitable for concealed or exposed ceiling or floor applications with ducted air distribution.
This series covers an airflow range from 94 to 566 L/s (200 to 1200 CFM). The standard unit is comprised of a coil suitable for both chilled and hot water, a fan section with direct drive centrifugal fan and a flat filter. Low water flow rate units are available with 9.8C (16F) temperature difference between inlet & outlet water.
Petra has extended its family of fan-coil units by introducing the new ASC series to satisfy the increasingly growing customer demand for such a product due to the significant advantages and benefits of this series to both the user and the installer.
Petras ASC provides precise temperature control solutions using electronically actuated dampers for both cold and hot decks. The desired temperature is achieved by mixing the cold and hot air streams.
Petra chilled water cassette type unit is specially designed to concealed into false ceilings only the decorative grill panel. Unlike other split units requiring space from the walls or the floors, this unit does not require such a space enabling better utilization of the room. This unit is very suitable for use in pharmacies, boutiques, and halls where the finishing, space and the appearance are very important
One of the greatest advantages of this unit is the condensate pump that allows for the installation of this unit in any location without the need to expose the condensate pipes since the condensate pump raises the water to the required level for drainage
