Fire pump systems have has become an integral part of any all establishments as it is the first line of defense and safety against fire. SFFECO fire pump systems are built as per international standards and certified by UL and FM to provide optimum safety.

All our products are manufactured at our state of the art manufacturing facility in Dubai which spans over 40, 000 square meters. The facility also houses a state of the art full equipped testing facility compliant with UL, FM and NFPA 20 standards for pump testing. Every fire pump system produced goes through quality and testing process to ensure it meets the required level of compliance standard.

SFFECO has been manufacturing foam system and equipments since inception. Our products comply with international standards and carry relevant certifications.

Not all types of fires can be fought with just water, some require other types of suppression agents and one such suppression agent is the Foam. Foam is a stable aggregation of bubbles which is lower in density helping it float and form a blanket over most liquids like oil and water. The ability to blanket most liquids helps cut the oxygen supply to the burning material resulting in extinguishing fire.

SFFECOs fire rated doors are designed for strength, stability and durability which is of utmost importance when it comes to fire safety and prevention. The typical application is in commercial, residential, institutional, industrial and mercantile buildings as service, basement, fire exit doors and elevator shafts.

SFFECO fire door assembliesare produced and tested in accordance with international standards set by UL10 B, UL10 C, UL1784 and are compliant to NFPA 252, NFPA 105, NFPA 80 and CAN-ULC S104. Having achieved these standards out fire doors and frames have achieved fire protection rating requirements of up to 3 hours.

SFFECO Fire protection rated doors can be classified broadly into the following three categories:

   The Fire Hose and hose Reels are designed and manufactured as per BSEN671-1. Hose Reel discs are made of 1.2mm pre-treated electro-galvanized steel sheet, painted with electrostatic powder coating and oven baked at 200 C. Hose reel side plates are protected with a polyester powder coating that complies to salt spray test requirement which is specified in ISO 9227 for 240 hrs. Hose Reel drum has formation of hydraulically pressed ribs to give extra strength and to avoid twisting. The outer edges are rolled over to give a safe handling edge on the outer rims and better appearance.

   
   

   Automatic fire hose reels are available with an internal valve built into the hose reel unit which opens within 3 revolutions of the hose reel as the hose is pulled out and closes when the hose is wound back to the reel.
