Automotive cables are manufactured to reference standards BS: 6862, JIS 3406 and IS: 2465 with bright annealed high conductive electrolytic copper conductor conforming to the requirements of IS:8130/BS6360 and insulated with specially designed dielectric grade PVC compound which is impervious to water, oil, petrol, acid and greases.
We specialize in a variety Automotive Cables, ranging from light duty throttle cables for outdoor power equipments to heavy duty brake & transmission cables for trucks and buses.
Battery cables are used in Original Equipment by India's leading vehicle manufacturers. Manufactured from electrolytic grade, bright annealed, bunched, bare copper conductors, these cables are insulated on state-of-the-art extruders with a special grade PVC compound that is formulated and manufactured in-house. This PVC is impervious to water, petrol, diesel, acids, engine & lubricating oils and grease. It is ideally suited for extreme weather conditions. These cables undergo stringent quality checks during manufacturing process and at the final stage. They are available in red and black colours in 25-metre and 100-metre coils / drums. These cables are also used in other applications where batteries are used, e.g. telecommunication, power, computers, etc. where the D.C. voltage does not exceed 100 volts. These cables are long-lasting and ensure proper distribution of power in the vehicle.

SHILPI twisted paired cables are best suited for telephone and switchboard cabling applications. the conductor is made of solid annealed, high conductivity bare copper. The conductor is insulated with special grade high-density polyethylene with different colours. The insulated cores are twisted with uniform lay to form pairs and are bunched together in such a manner so as to minimise cross talk. In 50 and 100 pair cables the units of 10 and 20 pairs respectively are identified with colour binders and stranded to form the laid up cable. The laid up cable is further jacketed with a grey colour fire retardant (FR) PVC specially formulated and manufactured in-house, with high oxygen and temperature index. The cables can be used for switchboard and internal telephone wiring in high-rise buildings, offices, factories, hotels, residential complexes, etc. They generally conform to ITD specifications G/ WIR-06/02. May 94. Stringent quality control at every stage, from raw material through manufacturing, upto the finished product, guarantees high quality.

Telephone cables is a pair of copper wires runs from a box at the road to a box (often called an entrance bridge) at your house. From there, the pair of wires is connected to each phone jack in your house.
Along the road runs a thick cable packed with 100 or more copper pairs. Depending on where you are located, this thick cable will run directly to the phone company's switch in your area or it will run to a box about the size of a refrigerator that acts as a digital concentrator. All sizes of telephone cables are available from 2 pairs to 60 pairs.

Solar cable is the interconnection cable used in photovoltaic power generation. A solar cable interconnects solar panels and other electrical components in the photovoltaic system. Solar cables are designed to be UV resistant and weather resistant. It can be used within a large temperature range and are generally laid outside.
The cable is tested to last 25 years. All sizes of solar cables from 0.5 SQMM to 300 SQMM are available.
Special Properties of Solar CablesShilpi Solar Cables are manufactured with the following materials

Available in a wide range of materials, these cable ties all feature internal serrations allowing for a positive hold onto cable and pipe bundles. The design of the head guarantees a high tensile strength whilst allowing a very low insertion force, this, combined with the bent tail design of many of the ties ensures a simple and quick installation. Whilst easily installed by hand, - manual and pneumatic (for high volume applications) tensioning tools are available to ensure consistency of installation.
