The C hooks divided into 27 standard models are for lifting and handling coils with a hole in the horizontal axis of different sizes and weights. The main characteristic of our C hooks is that are realized under specific customer requirements on the basis of the bridge crane block hook which they are combined, on the basis of the strips or coils to be handled and on the basis of the dimensions of the reels/uncoiler (or carousels) if they have to be used for loading / unloading the same. This equipment is also supplied with a support frame and storage and can be fitted with various options to customer requests, such as 360 continuous rotation device.
The Rollblock System from KLP offers coil storage that is both safe and flexible. Rollblocks have to be placed into standard UNP-channels.The coil blocks have no fixed position; they can be moved depending on the diameter of the coil - ideal if you have a variety of small and large coils.
KLP Rollblocks allow storage of coils with diameters ranging from 500 to 2500 mm. The 28 chock angle offers maximum support and allows coil stacking up to three levels. One system for all your coils!

The Rollblocks were developed in close co-operation with the European steel industry, they comply with all industrial requirements and are used world-wide.
KLP Rollblocks are produced from plastics. Years of experience ensure the best choice of materials; the product becomes virtually indestructable and resilient. When subjected to loading KLP Rollblocks flex slightly, but will return to their original shape immediately afterwards. Rollblocks considerably reduce damage to coils.
The RollCradle System from KLP consists of a reinforced plastic rail with notches and blocks (Roll Cradles) which can be placed at different distances from each other, depending on the coil diameter.
Why use KLP RollCradle System in your warehouse?
KLP RollCradle system is an improved version of the traditional KLP RollCradles. It will be supplied as a turn-key coil storage system. The system offers good value for those warehouses that do not have a large variety in coil dimensions and that store coils up to 2 levels.
Lankhorst Mouldings have over 30 years of experience in safe coil storage. Our selection of raw materials guarantees an extreme long lifetime. When subject to loading, the roll cradles flex slightly, yet will return to their original shape immediately afterwards. This will avoid damage to your precious coils. RollCradles are also available for use inside (steel) UNP-channels.
Not all coils are stored in multiple levels. Sensitive material may not be stacked due to the risk of damage. Sometimes regular coils are stored temporarily awaiting further processing and slit coils are usually too narrow for stacking.
For these applications Lankhorst Mouldings have developed a wide range of KLP Storageblocks and KLP Oiltrays. These are V-shaped floor pads that can easily be installed in any warehouse. Sometimes these coil padsare fixed to the floor, but this is not always necessary.
We offer our storage blocks in a variety of dimensions. Chock angles up to 15 allow optimal support for (slit)coils. KLP Oiltrays usually have a groove in the centre of the product. This allows the drainage of oil which may drip from the coil.
KLP CoilWedge System combines advantages of both RollStops and Storageblocks. It offers the same flexibility as the RollStop System for coil diameters and at the same time maximum flexibility for all coil widths, similar to the Storageblocks and traditional Coilwedges. The long wedged beams offer safe and flexible storage for wide coils and also for narrower or even (bundled) slit coils.
Coilwedges are placed on the same rails as used for the RollStops. This interlocking system consists of a reinforced rail with notches to position the KLP CoilWedges on. Distances between the CoilWedges may vary depending on coil diameter. One size fits all! Our standard CoilWedges come in 1200 mm or 1500 mm lengths.
It is a turn-key storage system offering maximum flexibility and maximum safety. Coils may be stored up to two levels. The system consists of four simple components: rail, connector, endcap and CoilWedge, which allows very simple installation on-site.

KLP Coilwedges are shaped beams with an angle of 30. These Coil Wedges were specifically designed for the storage of slit coils.

The pipe cutting devices are designed to be fitted onto an endless pipe. With the fast clamping device the pipe cutting device can be clamped at any position on the pipe.The movement around the pipe is achieved by the means of 2 hand cranks and 4 wheels. The hand cranks are fitted for the operator not to have to change his position when the pipe is being cut. The cutting torch can be swivelled by 45 and is equipped with a horizontal and vertical adjustment (2 coordinates slide).
Instead of the manual drive by means of hand cranks an electric drive with spur gear and infinitely variable speed control is also available.

Have you ever wondered how many cubic meters of wood are used and transported within your company each year? For many years Lankhorst Mouldings have developed plastic storage beams with a large variety in design and dimensions.
Plastic beams provide an excellent alternative for wood: plastic has a much longer lifetime and it is moisture-free, splinter free and oil resistant.
KLP Storagebeams have especially been developed for a safe and simple storage of coils, slit coils, rollers, presses and other heavy machine parts.
The square or rectangular Storagebeams can carry a lot of weight; they can easily support machine parts with a weight up to 100 tons.
The T-Master is a dedicated machine designed for the continuous production of weldedT and H beams, either parallel or cambered.The T-Master operates withthe web in vertical position. No tack welding isrequired, except at the leading edge, after the web has been aligned on the center of the flange.
Initially the web and the first flange are fed into the T-Master; the welding is carried out simultaneously from both sides of the web over the full length of the beam. After completion of the first flange welding the section is turned through 180 and the alignment and welding operation repeated with the second flange.
The big advantage is that the flange is straightened during the welding process, for rectify any angular distortion caused by welding.

BEAMS are equipment for handling sections, pipes, bundles, packs of sheet stacks, boxes and other metallurgical materials of different weights and dimensions. Depending on the material to be handled, rocker arms are divided into two groups: - Beams for handling narrow products, such as bundles and profiles, fitted with single hooks in a central position along the longitudinal axis. - Beams for handling wide products, such as packs of steel sheet and boxes, fitted with pairs of hooks located in a lateral position along the longitudinal axis.

The 700 series is a range of GRABS specifically designed and studied for aerial tilting of coils with a hole in a vertical axis to one in the horizontal axis and vice versa, serving annealing furnaces, inter-ports and marine docks.
