Tekab fire resistant cables, brand nameFireTek, finds a wide range of applications in critical circuits in industries, luxury apartments, hotels and signature constructions across UAE and GCC.
These cables specially meet the stringent requirements of Exova WarringtonFire Certification from UK to IEC-60331 and BS:6347 standards.

FireTek cables are made to BS:7629 Part 1:

• Annealed copper conductor
• Ceramified Silicone insulation
• FR0H (glass) taped
• Aluminum-mylar + tinned copper wire shielded
• Low smoke zero halogen compound jacketed

These cables specially meet the stringent requirements of Exova WarringtonFire Certification from UK to IEC-60331 and BS:6347 standards. FireTek cables are used in:

• Fire alarm circuits
• In enclosed areas where human safety is desired under fire and smoke
• Emergency and critical circuits where electrical integrity under fire has to be maintained
• Where safety to critical equipment is needed and keeps such equipment operational during a fire

Tekab building wires provide power in a building or home. Building wires are used in power distribution applications for residential, commercial and industrial constructions.
Building wire cables are rated by their operating voltage and maximum operating temperature. Tekab building wires are tested at BSI labs and are approved all over UAE and GCC countries.

Tekab building wires come in the following versions:

• PVC 70C/90C /105C applications
• FR PVC insulation
• FRLS PVC insulation
• Low Smoke Zero Halogen insulation
• Cross-linked Zero Halogen insulation

Tekab building wires are manufactured to BS:6004. The general construction of the cables are as follows:

• Stranded Copper conductor (Class 2) to BS:6360
• Insulation PVC

All cables are color coded and printed with standard legend as per BS:6004. Client specific legends can be printed on cables.

TYPICAL APPLICATION :-

Tekab Flexible cables are used to provide power to devices and appliances in apartments, offices and shops.
Tekab Flexible cables are made to BS:6500.
Tekab flexible cables are made of:
Annealed bare copper (Class 5 to BS 6360)
PVC insulation (70C/90C/105C)
PVC sheath (70C/90C/105C)
Generally made in white, these cables are also supplied in other colors on demand.
These cables are typically suitable for installation in Cable Trays, Cable Ducts, Conduits.
On special request these cables could be designed and manufactured with Low smoke zero halogen compounds as well.
