DESCRIPTION
UIBPRIME-1 is manufactured from a blend of pure Bitumen with fast drying solvent, which evaporates quickly, to leave a continuous film, recoat able after 3 hours in black colour.

USESFor priming concrete, masonry, metal, etc. Suitable for use as a priming coat before applying any bituminous coating or modified bitumen membrane in roof "Damp proofing and waterproofing" below or above ground level.
APPLICATION
All coating surface preparation is most important, all surfaces to be stable and thoroughly cleaned. The product maybe applied to slightly damp but not wet surfaces. The application will be by brush or spray depending upon shape of area and surface to be treated. Depending on spray equipment up to 10% white spirit can be added to facilitate spraying. The coverage is 8 - 10 meters per Litre on metal and smooth surface. 5-6 meters per Litre on concrete and rough surface. Drying time 3 hours 15 minutes to surface dry. Fit to take further coat in not more that 24 hours. The specific gravity is 0.88 + 0.05 @ 25 degrees Celsius.
STANDARDUIB PRIME 1 complies with drying time of Bs 3416 and water retention ASTM C158
STORAGEOne year in tightly sealed, undamaged container. It should be stored indoors under conditions applying to products with flash point of 38 degrees Celsius.
CLEANINGClean with kerosene or white spirit.
HEALTH & SAFETYFlashpoint for the product is 38 degrees Celsius, so it's a flammable material, in case of fire use dry powder, Carbon dioxide (CO2), foam. Do not smoke. Wipe off spillages immediately.
SKIN COATThe solvent may have a narcotic effect if in.haled or absorbed through the skin. Wear protective clothing and goggles storage.

Approximately.2000 Mt, capacity Bitumen storage tanks in Mafraq industrial area Abu Dhabi, having well equipped heating arrangement.
10x45 Mt, truck tankers are available to supply Bitumen within UAE and also to other gulf states as per customer's demand.
Bitumen of all penetration grade, viz grade 40/50, 60/70, 80/100, 85/100, etc always are available for bulk distribution.
In addition, all Bitumen cut backs like MC (Medium curing), RC (Rapid curing), and Bitumen emulsion, and other specialized products are blended and produced within the factory premises. Besides above, factory can produce and supply blown (oxidized) Bitumen in various grades such as 115/15 and 85/25 etc
DESCRIPTION
It is a non-fiberated, Anionic water based bitumen Emulsion. It is dark brown in colour and dries to a black flexible protective coating. The finish film is tough and water proof and forms a barrier to water and vapor transmission.

USES
UIB PROOF - NBE 50 is used as a general water proofer and damp proofing for all kinds of surfaces including concrete, brick etc. Also can be used as a vapor barrier coating. Protects fresh concrete from rapid evaporation of water and thus avoids formation of shrinkage cracks.
Metal protection; provide a vapor barrier for cold storage rooms etc.
APPLICATION
Note: Agitate before use. As settlement can occur, the drum should be rolled before decanting materials.
Surfaces to be coated must be clean and any sand, oil or grease contamination should be removed. The surface should be dry (or damp but not wet). If the surface is dusty, it should be primed with a coat of UIB PROOF - NBE 50 diluted with an equal quantity of cold clean water and allowed to dry.
UIB PROOF - NBE 50 can be applied by brush or spray equipment. One coat is sufficient when used as a curing compound for "Green" concrete. Two coats are needed when being used as a damp-proofing membrane.
It is recommended that one or two coats should be applied depending on the degree of the protection required. Allow a minimum 2 hours between coats. Apply a second coat at right angels and ensuring this is not less than 0.5 mm thickness. Drying time 1.5 hours @ 20 degrees Celsius and over coating time 2 hours minimum. The specific Gravity of the product is approximately 1.05
STANDARD
UIB PROOF - NBE 50 Complies with concrete curing requirements of ASTM c 309-93 when applied at the rate of 2 square meters per Liter.
STORAGE
UIB PROOF - NBE 50 has a shelf life of 12 months if stored in the shade below 45 degrees Celsius, under normal warehouse conditions.
CLEANING OF TOOLS
In water if wet. If dry, clean with kerosene or white spirit.

DESCRIPTION
Anionic latex modified Bitumen Emulsion, the total solid content is 60% minimum, Latex Rubber content of dry film 10% minimum. It is dark brown in colour, dries to form a black, the product also contains a quantity of bio- acid to inhibit the growth of bacteria and mould both in the product it self and subsequent to application, these properties impart excellent durability and water proofing characteristics.

USES
For use of a damp proof membrane in sandwich construction as a general purpose water proofer for walls, floors, other structures, and as a vapor seal as well. It's also an effective adhesive and bonding agent for insulation boards, cork panels, etc. It's practically suitable where some movements of structure is expected, it exhibits much better permeability and elasticity characteristics, than similar, materials without latex.
APPLICATI0N
The surface to be treated, should be cleaned to remove dust, grease etc. Should be applied by brush, roller or by spraying equipment "for large surfaces". On concrete or other absorbent surfaces first applied a coat of UIB PROOF CBE 1
COVERAGE
The coverage of UIB PROOF RBE 6010 in accordance with specification requirements, otherwise 2 coats with application rate of 1 - 1 .5 Liters per meter will result in OFT of 0.77mm. The two coats shall be applied at right angels to each other, allowing the first coat to dry completely before applying the second.
All application should be continued up verticals to the existing damp proof course. Ensure the membrane is not punched or damaged during subsequent operations. Drying time 3 hours @ 20 degrees Celsius and over coat time not more than 24 hours. The specific gravity of the products is approximately 1.00
STANDARD
UIB PROOF RBE 6010 complies with concrete curing requirements of ASTM c 309-93 when applied at the rate of 1 .25 meters per litre.
STORAGE
UIB PROOF RBE 6010 has a life of 12 months if stored in shade below 45 degrees Celsius under normal conditions.
CLEANING
If the product dries it cannot be removed just with solvent like kerosene.
