Air Liquid Separators automatically remove 99% of all liquid and solid entrainment particles 10 microns in size or larger from air, gas, and steam processes. And they do it with no moving parts to wear out and with no required maintenance. The Type ST air liquid separators, with its cost effective design, is the separator of choice for most applications that require clean, dry air, gas or steam.

Air Liquid Liquid Separators are available in sizes up to 5 inch in cast iron, and up to 2 inch in cast carbon steel or stainless steel with standard configurations. Cast construction air liquid separators are readily available but are not easy or cost effective to modify for special requirements. Type T Air Liquid Separators fabricated from carbon or stainless steel are available in sizes for pipelines up to 24 inches. Because they are constructed to specification they can be easily modified to suit unique applications such as those that require radially rotated inlet and outlet connections. Fabricated air liquid separators are not as heavy as cast ones. an important consideration in applications where weight is a concern. Snap Ring Filter Bags - The Industry Standard:

SNAP-RING filter Bags are manufactured from the best available materials. A heavy duty sewing process is used to construct all SNAP-RING Filter Bags. A solid ring, of either plastic or metal, is sewn into the top opening of the filter bag. This ring seals the bag into the filter housing.

High Quality pressure gauges having brass or 316SS internals for measuring pressures up to 14, 500 PSI (1, 000 Bar) as well as negative (vacuum) applications. Our gauges are designed to accurately measure the pressure of non crystallizing, low viscosity liquids and gasses.

Gauges can be supplied dry or with a glycerin fill to dampen vibration and pulsations in the flow.

In addition to traditional gauges having threaded connections, we also offer a 3A design for food, beverage and pharmaceutical applications that require a sanitary connection.

Our standard pressure gauges are available with dial diameters of 1.5", 2", 2.5", 4", 4.5" and 6" Wetted materials of construction include brass, 316SS and Hastelloy C276 (diaphragm seals are available in other exotic alloy's to protect gauges from aggressive or high viscosity fluids.

Connections are located on the bottom of the gauge dial (as shown above) or centered behind the dial.
