CLX-XT2 Extended Reagent Life Online TRO and Chlorine Monitor
The CLX-XT2 Extended Reagent Life Online TRO and Chlorine Monitor is an economical and low-maintenance instrument for shipboard ballast water, potable water, or wastewater applications that require continuous monitoring and control of total chlorine or total residual oxidant (TRO) levels. This marine- grade monitor allows for up to 90 days of unattended operation. The CLX-XT2 offers complete control of dosing & monitoring ballast water discharge through user-selectable sample cycle times, 4-20mA and RS-485 with Modbus output for controlling feed pumps, and user-selectable alarms. The CLX-XT2 is housed in a strong, steel-coated IP56 (except fan IP54) case offering easy access to all service functions and reagents.
Features:
The CLX-XT2 has reagent life of up to 90 days.NEW! High range to 15 mg/l (option) 10% accuracyOptimized for high-temperature marine applications in high ambient temperatures up to 55C (131F)Low operating costsCooling effect extends reagent life to 3 months*Designed for unattended operation up to 90 days*Colorimetric DPD chemistryUser-selectable cycle timesUser-selectable alarms for sample concentrationBallast water treatment, drinking water & wastewater applications4-20mA and RS-485 with Modbus outputUSEPA accepted methodologyMicroTSCM Streaming Current Monitor
The MicroTSCM Streaming Current Monitor establishes a new level of control for plant operators that depend on Streaming Current to maintain water quality. Unlike other systems, the MicroTSCM can be calibrated to a known Ion Charge unit (ICu) value, using a cationic polymer solution. Once calibrated, the operator can use the MicroTSCM to determine the control set-point for the plant. This set-point is established through optimization and it reflects the actual ICu of the sample stream.
Establishing an actual ICu value for the control set-point ensures the operator can always return to the same conditions in the event of a plant upset, equipment failure, or shut down. Routine calibration ensures that the integrity of the output can be maintained by compensating for standard wear-and-tear on the probe and electronics.
The graphical display of the MicroTSCM monitor provides the operator a fast and easy way to keep up with what is going on inside the plant. Historical trending of readings over the previous 8 or 24-hour period is continuously displayed as a graph on the screen.
The sensor design incorporated into the MicroTSCM was developed to operate under the most turbid conditions. The HF MicroTSCM monitor, coupled with leading-edge sensor technology provides an easy-to-use tool for precise control over your chemical dosing system.
CLX-XT Extended Reagent Life Residual TRO Monitor for Ballast Water
CLX-XT Extended Reagent Life Residual TRO and Chlorine Monitor is an economical and low maintenance instrument for shipboard ballast water, potable water or wastewater applications that require continuous monitoring and control of residual Total Oxidant levels. User selectable cycle times, 4-20mA and RS-485 with Modbus output that can be used to control feed pumps and user selectable alarms allow complete manual or automatic control of chlorine dosing. The instrument is housed in a strong, shatterproof IP66 case (except fan - IP54) with easy access to all service functions and reagents.
