All components of A1 Waseef grids are guaranteed for dimensional accuracy and against corrosion as required in many project references.     • Construction of Exposed TEE Grid Suspension SystemA1 Waseef ceiling suspension grids comprises of main runners installed at not more than 1200 centers, securely fixed by pre-straight suspension wire. The wire should not be more than 150 mm from the main runner splices, or expansion joints, and the maximum distance from the wire to the perimeter of the ceiling should not exceed 450 mm and otherwise at 1200 mm centers. The main runners splices are to be staggered not less than 450 mm from the perimeter spanning between Main Tees are 1200 mm, Cross Tees at 600 mm centers. Assembly and Disassembly Joining of Main Tee
      • The installation of the structures is very easy. When the two structures coming form opposite directions fit in there's a clicking sound.
      • Main Runners disassembly : The disassembly must be done by a screwdriver with a slim tip.
      • Assembly : Each tee grids must be fitted always in the left position (Grey color) of the slot. Hear the sound "Click"!
      • Over Lap Because of the overlapping ends the two structures lock at the joints and it becomes same surface. And there are no open joints left.
      • Disassembly of Cross Tee : Need no tools! Push the lock with left thumb, and simultaneously pull the tee with your right palm.
