DOLPHIN PIR Adhesive based on SBS Polymer. Dolphin PIR bonding with varieties of foams and metal substrates in pre- insulated duct system. Application - Can be used in wide varieties of foams and metal substrates. - Recommended for HVAC applications. - Under deck insulation - Duct insulation (nitryl rubber to metal) Application instruction Apply adhesive evenly with any suitable equipment to uniform coat on both surface. Allow solvent to evaporate completely and then assemble the surface by applying normal hand pressure to give strong bond. Do not leave any air bubble on both applied surface. Storage and Shelf life Should be stored tightly closed and away from direct sunlight in a cool, wellventilated area between 5°C to 38°C. Close container tightly when not in use. Store away from ignition sources. Stirring required before use and if the product become very cold. Dolphin PIR Adhesive has a shelf life of 12 months from date of manufacturing.
