Emergency valves for tank trucks are available in sizes ranging from 2" to 4" in various styles and connections to suit your application.
Mechanically and pneumatically operated types most commonly used in tank trucks in this part of the world are available readily in stock and special designs are ordered on demand.
Lever operators for single to 5-compartment takers in powder coat finish with trip levers are part of our inventory.
Fire valves are used to shut off the flow in the event of fire. Accessories to activate remote functionalities like raising an alarm or deactivating the pump etc. are also available to use with the valves.
These are available in various types ranging from simple spring loaded internal/external emergency valve to dead weight fire valve and free fall fire valve which operates with the help of fusible link.
Electro-thermal fire valves with FM approval, are available with limit switches. These valves close the fuel flow with a signal from an external source such as fire alarm system.
Actuated ball type valves are specially designed to use with Diesel and Biofuel. The range is available from 1/2" to 3" full or reduces bore. Valve motor open times are generally 90 seconds, with spring closure between 16 and 20 seconds. Manual override and limit switch are available as options. Actuators are available with 12-24V DC or 230V AC Voltage options.
Shear valves are installed in-between the dispenser and product supply line at grade level minimizing collision and fire hazardsat the dispenser. If the dispenser is pulled over or dislodged by collision, the top of the valve breaks free at the integral shear groove, activating poppets that shut off the flow of fuel.
