Jointly developed with Vetrotech Saint-Gobain and Eckelt Glas, the LITEFLAM* system comprises an upper structural walkable laminated safety glass with a special hardwearing slip-resistant coating and a lower sheet of Contraflam fireresistant glass separated by a glazing bar. The Roger Wilde load bypass frame system* ensures peak performance of all components. Tested both at BRE Garston to BS 476 pt 21., 1987 and EN 1365-2-2000, and at SWRI San Antonio to ASTM E119, the LITEFLAM* fire-rated glass flooring system gives an impressive integrity, insulation and load bearing capability well in excess of 90 minutes. The LITEFLAM* ''made to measure'' system offers 3030, 6060 and 9090 minute versions in panel sizes up to 1.5M x 1.5M square and 1M x 2M rectangular. Roger Wilde Ltd offers complete design, supply and installation of the LITEFLAM* system including, where required, supporting steelworks.

SGG CONTRAFLAM LITE can easily be incorporated into double glazed units for external areas.Solar Control glass types such as SGG PARSOL, SGG ANTELIO and SGG COOL-LITE can also be easily incorporated, as can low emissivity products such as SGG PLANITHERM or SGG EKO LOGIK, for increased thermal insulation and in full compliance with Document L.

When single glazed, SGG SWISSFLAM LITE can be used for internal arease such as doors, screens or partitions of softwood, hardwood or steel construction, SGG SWISSFLAM LITE can either be supplied as a clear glass or opaque for areas requiring additional privacy.

SGG CONTRAFLAM LITE can be used as single glazing for internal areas, such as doors, screens and partitions of steel or timber construction in vertical or sloped applications. SGG CONTRAFLAM LITE can either be supplied in clear glass or in an extensive number of decorative or functional options, simply by replacing one pane of clear glass.

Fully certified to BS 476: Part 22 and in a thickness of 6mm. Providing 60 minutes integrity plus a significant reduction in the transmission of radiated heat. In single form SGG VETROFLAM provides asymmetrical fire resistance.

SGG SWISSFLAM LITE may be incorporated into double glazed units when additional thermal insulation or sound reduction is required. Solar control glass types such as SGG PARSOL, SGG ANTELIO and SGG COOL-Lite can easily be accommodated, as can low emissivity products such as SGG PLANITHERM and SGG EKO LOGIK to achieve full compliance with Document L.
