Diatomite has been used as a filter aid for nearly a century. The ore is a soft, friable siliceous mineral. It is composed of the skeletons of microscopic plants deposited on the bottoms of oceans and lakes after and during the Miocene Age, from 100, 000 to 15, 000, 000 years ago. Under the microscope the particles of diatomite show up in a variety of forms: symmetrical figures resembling disks, rods, cylinders and snowflakes. It is the shape factor combined with the rigidity of the particles that makes diatomite such an excellent raw material for the production of superior filter aids.

A cathode block for aluminum refining containing a calcined coke in a proportion of 15 to 100 wt %, characterized in that the calcined coke is prepared by mixing a heavy oil having a content of quinoline insoluble components of 10 to 25 wt % with 3 to 20 wt % of carbon black, and subjecting the resultant mixture to coking and then calcination.
The cathode block for aluminum refining is excellent in resistance to abrasion and thus has a prolonged life. With the annual output 50, 000MT, weve exported to RUSAL, HYDRO, ORMET, NALCO, ALBRAS and Etc.
we passed ISO9001: 2000 test, also, we have a completed system of controlling, to guarantee the quality by rigorous technology.

Pure magnesium metal is main raw material for magnesium alloy and light metals. It is used extensively in the aerospace, automotive, vessels, light industry, chemical industry, metallurgical and civil building materials, nuclear industry and so on, based on its ranges of desired properties such as high temperature resistance, high intensity, anti-corrosion, low density, good absorption of impact strength, anti-vibration and easy machining. With the development of science and new technology, magnesium metal shall become more and more popular for application in the industry.
We can produce many kinds of raw magnesium ingot such as Mg9998, Mg9995, Mg9990, Mg9980 and so on with the standard of GB/ T3449-2003.
