Method of Application :

• The Surface must be primed and should be clean and free from any loose particles.
• Fill the holes and cracks by scraper leave "Head' to allow slight shrinkage.
• If the previous material is dry, treat the uneven surface with wood putty filler.
• Wood Putty filter should be topcoated with NC, Pu or acrylic topcoats.

Storage : Wood Putty filler should be kept in a cool area below 25^oC. Keep in tightly closed container.

Cleaning of Tools : All tools should be cleaned with wash thinner or NC thinner # 115 as soon as possible.

Packing : Available in 500 ml, 1 lit, 4 lit. (usg), 20 lit. (pail) and 200 lit. (drum)

  • The surface must be free from oil, dirt and other contaminants.

  • Add 2% of catalyst, mix and scrape polyester putty evenly.
  • Sand the applied putty by water – Proof sandpaper intermittently with water soaking for a better and smooth finish.

• For Furniture :
  • The Surface must be primed by nitro, polyurethane and polyester primer.
  • Apply Polyester putty on cracks, joints and uneven surfaces.
  • Sand with sandpaper and continue the rest procedure.

Storage : Polybest Putty Filler should be kept in cool place below 25^oC. Shelf life minimum 6 months in a tightly closed container.

Cleaning of Tools : All Tools should be cleaned with wash thinner or P.E. Thinner # 125 as soon as possible.
