Ores And Minerals

Our product range contains a wide range of Zirconium Silicate(ZR-SI), Gypsum, Fumed Silica, Fly Ash and Synthetic Silica

Zirconium Silicate(ZR-SI)

Zirconium silicate is used for manufacturing refractory materials for applications where resistance to corrosion by alkali materials is required. It is also used in production of some ceramics, enamels, and ceramic glazes. In enamels and glazes it serves as an opacifier. It can be also present in some cements. Another use of zirconium silicate is as beads for milling and grinding. Thin films of zirconium silicate and hafnium silicate produced by chemical vapor deposition, most often MOCVD, can be used as a high-k dielectric as a replacement for silicon dioxide in semiconductors. Gypsum

We are offering gypsum etc.gypsum is a very soft sulfate mineral composed of calcium sulfate dihydrate, with the chemical formula caso42h2o.[3] it is found in alabaster, a decorative stone used in ancient egypt. It is the second softest mineral on the mohs scale of mineral hardness. It forms as an evaporite mineral and as a hydration product of anhydrite. gypsum is used in a wide variety of applications:gypsum board[18] is primarily used as a finish for walls and ceilings, and is known in construction as drywall or plasterboard. plaster ingredient (surgical splints, casting moulds, modeling)fertilizer and soil conditioner: in the late 18th and early 19th centuries, nova scotia gypsum, often referred to as plaster, was a highly sought fertilizer for wheat fields in the united states. It is also used in ameliorating sodic soils.[19]a binder in fast-dry tennis court claya wood substitute in the ancient world: for example, when wood became scarce due to deforestation on bronze age crete, gypsum was employed in building construction at locations where wood was previously used.[20]a tofu (soy bean curd) coagulant, making it ultimately a major source of dietary calcium, especially in asian cultures which traditionally use few dairy productsadding hardness to water used for homebrewing[21]a component of portland cement used to prevent flash setting of concretesoilwater potential monitoring (soil moisture tension)a common ingredient in making meadin the medieval period, it was mixed, by scribes and illuminators, with lead carbonate (powdered white lead) to make gesso, which was applied to illuminated letters and gilded with gold in illuminated manuscripts. in foot creams, shampoos and many other hair productsa medicinal agent in traditional chinese medicine called shi gaoimpression plasters in dentistry

Fumed Silica

We Offer Fumed silica, also known as pyrogenic silica because it is produced in a flame, consists of microscopic droplets of amorphous silica fused into branched, chainlike, three-dimensional secondary particles which then agglomerate into tertiary particles. The resulting powder has an extremely low bulk density and high surface area. Its three-dimensional structure results in viscosity-increasing, thixotropic behavior when used as a thickener or reinforcing filler. Fumed silica serves as a universal thickening agent, in milkshakes for example, and an anticaking agent (free-flow agent) in powders. Like silica gel, it serves as a desiccant. It is used in cosmetics for its light-diffusing properties. It is used as a light abrasive, in products like toothpaste. Other uses include filler in silicone elastomer and viscosity adjustment in paints, coatings, printing inks, adhesives and unsaturated polyester resins. It is also used in the production of cat box filler. Silicon Rubber, Shoes

Fly Ash

we are offering fly ash etc.fly ash is one of the residues generated in combustion, and comprises the fine particles that rise with the flue gases. Ash which does not rise is termed bottom ash. In an industrial context, fly ash usually refers to ash produced during combustion of coal. Fly ash is generally captured by electrostatic precipitators or other particle filtration equipment before the flue gases reach the chimneys of coal-fired power plants, and together with bottom ash removed from the bottom of the furnace is in this case jointly known as coal ash. Depending upon the source and makeup of the coal being burned, the components of fly ash vary considerably, but all fly ash includes substantial amounts of silicon dioxide (sio2) (both amorphous and crystalline) and calcium oxide (cao), both being endemic ingredients in many coal-bearing rock strata.

Synthetic Silica

We Offer Synthetic silica (SS) is a precipitated product with spherical particle morphology and narrow particle-size distribution. Synthetic silicas are used in polyolefin film antiblock applications. Synthetic silicas are very abrasive, having a Mohs mineral hardness of 5. (By comparison, talc has a Mohs hardness of 1.) Synthetic silicas are available in both surface-treated and non-surface-treated forms. Paint, Film, etc
