Rack Supported Mezzanine Floorsare a very practical way of utilizing the ever shrinkingspace above racking.The Mezzanine is built from pallet rackingcomponents and isa very cost effective way ofconstructing a mezzanine. Storage is gained above the structure with an open deck. It may be used as office space or storage of goods. Additionally, the support frames of the deck may be longer than the height of the deck from the ground, therefore more layers may be added to the frames and may be used for additional storage purposes.
Our library shelves are made of steel with standard shelf dimension to meet various library racking requirements. They are manufactured using high grade steel as generally loads are not uniformly distributed across the shelves. They are painted using electrolytic powder coating technology that undergo backing at very high temperatures. Mechanical The modules slide by using a meachanical wheel. These are useful where application ranges from mid-duty to heavy-duty loads
Cantilevers are used for storing abnormal sized loads that are bulky, long and oversized. Loads such as timber boards, pipes, channels, hollow sections or carpets.Cantilevers have uprights in the center and the beams protrude from the uprights.
There are two types of cantilevers ie. Single sided or Double Sided
Single SidedLoad can be stacked on one side of the rack only. Ideally these racks are placed near the wall of a warehouse.
Double SidedLoad can be stacked on either side of the rack ie. can be placed in the center of the warehouse.
