Heavy Hexagonal Nut or commonly known as Heavy Hex Nut is a common fastener with internal threads that screws on to the shank of a bolt. ASTM A563 Heavy Hex Nuts are almost always used in conjunction with a mating bolt to fasten multiple parts together.
