Hot Rolled Coils

Hot rolled products are obtained via continous casting process of rectangular shaped slab hot rolled into required thickness range. Hot rolled products are manufactured applying a thermo-mechanical process where thickness of slabs is strongly reduced at high temperatures. They are used by a variety of industrial consumers in applications. Hot rolled products can be supplied as coils or as sheets cut to a specific length. These products also serve as inputs for the production of cold rolled products.

Cold Rolled Coils

We are offering cold rolled coils. Cold rolled steel is produced from hot rolled coils with two horizontal rolls after removing rust and impurities by acid pickling, after which the hardened cold rolled coils are softened by heat treatment and the surface smoothened.Cold reducing steel produces an extremely low ductility product. It's usually processed further to develop desired end use characteristics such as formability, surface texture, flatness, etc.Unlike other coated steel products with a protective later that prevents rust from the reaction of steel and oxygen, cold rolled steel does not have a protective layer and is generally coated with oil.

Galvalume Coils

The galvalume coating applied by the continuous hot-dip process is an alloy consisting of approximately 55% aluminium and 45% zinc by weight. Galvalume steel sheet combines the best qualities of aluminium and zinc offering at least two times the corrosion resistance of galvanized. The aluminium-zinc coating provides superior corrosion resistance and heat reflectivity. It also has good bare edge protection and forming qualities. The smooth, silvery metallic spangle appearance makes it attractive in unpainted applications. It is also available in prepainted form.
