Type BA: GG, JL 1040, accor. EN 1561Type BB: GGG, JS1030, accor. EN 1563.
The body has blue color (RAL 5017). Inside the body is a rubber liner made of EPDM in accordance with an ISO 1691, the disc is made of brass, nickel plated and the drive shaft split into 2 parts is made of Stainless Steel 1.4021 accor. to EN 10088.
The valve are available in Semi-lugged (type BA) or Fully-lugged (type BB) versions.
Application and maintenanceThe pressure reducing valve protects installations against over pressure (reduces input pressure to a working level). It can also be used in heating systems to protect boiler against increased pressure. The outlet pressure is adjustable and does not vary with changes of the inlet pressure. The outlet pressure can be adjusted by turning the green handle. Turning the handle clockwise increases the outlet pressure. Turning above the stated values on the pressure reducer scale may damage the valve. We recommend the max. outlet pressure of 4 bar for private house installations (product long life, costs, ). After each new setting of the outlet pressure, the regulated pipe has to be opened and closed. We recommend maintenance by authorized installers according to DIN 1988. Check the filter condition in the regulator several times a year and, if it is necessary, clean or replace it with a new one. Tool for maintenance is included in every box of pressure reducer.

A Pressure Independent Control Valve, or PICV as it is commonly known, is a multi-functional valve, combining the operation of 3 different valves in one convenient and compact unit. The PICV acts as a differential pressure control valve, a regulating valve and a 2-port control valve.
Use of these valves in a commercial heating or cooling system allows comfort levels to be optimised at least cost, reducing ongoing energy consumption and improving the efficiency of the system to outstanding levels.
Significant cost and installation benefits can be gained by installing PICVs.
Use of these eliminates the need for conventional commissioning or balancing / regulating valves as well as 2-port control valves, differential pressure control and their respective partner valves, as seen in conventional HVAC systems.
Compact design, dezincification resistant brass body, external thread connection and with cone, Combined flow rate controller and control valve, pressure independent. Actuator mounting threaded connection M 28 x 1.5 with operating range 4.0 mm. Compression adapters and press connections have to be ordered separately. The actuating drive is not included.

Series LFX65B Lead Free* Water Pressure Reducing Valves are designed to reduce incoming water pressure to a sensible level to protect plumbing system components and reduce water consumption.
The LFX65B is a cartridge style regulator and is orderable three ways: As a complete, ready-to-install regulator, or as a separate rough-in kit consisting of a Lead Free* cast copper silicon alloy body with integral strainer, or as a separate cartridge assembly.
AB-QM is a Pressure Independent Balancing and Control Valve, which limits the maximum flow, and at the same time function as a control valve operated by a several different types of Danfoss actuators. AB-QM can be set to a precise design value and thereby provide full control over the real conditions in the system.

Honeywell VC Series balanced 2-position hydronic valves are used in domestic and small commercial heating and cooling applications to control the flow of hot and/or cold water. They consist of an actuator, valve and a cartridge assembly 2-way valves are designed for on-off zone control of domestic systems. 3-way valves can be piped for either diverting or mixing valve applications in domestic central heating and/or cooling systems. Both versions can be used to control individual fan coil, radiator, space heater or convector applications. Depending on the model selected they can be controlled by a low or line voltage SPST or SPDT controller such as a room thermostat, aquastat or flow switch. VC Series hydronic valves are designed to take advantage of sinusoidal valve actuator travel, and therefore operate silently and reduce water hammer. Through internal logic the actuatoronly takes power while driving the valve to the commanded position. The actuator head is removable without affecting the integrity of the water system. All actuator versions are interchangeable with any valve body, offering the highest flexibility for boiler production line assembly, and maintenance. The valve piston construction allows for port sealing that is independent of the differential pressure across the valve. Flow through the 2-way valve can be in either direction, so the ports are not designated. 3-way valves are suitable for both diverting water from AB to A or B, and from A or B to AB.

Butterfly valvesare composed of two semi-circular plates hinged on a common spindle. Butterfly valves areused to permit flow in one direction only. Comeroffers a wide variety of butterfly valves in many materials and sizes.
This valve reduces the pressure of the water that goes through it, and is used to obtain a regulated and constant value at its outlet. It is installed at the water mains (for a bungalow as for a flat). It protects the whole installation from problems due to excess pressure : noises in the pipes, water hammer, splashes, premature wear of household electrical appliances and taps. The pressure reducing valves are completely automatic.
Suitable for domestic water services, heating & Air-Conditioning plants, Compressed Air Systems. It can be installed in any positions: VERTICAL, HORIZONTAL, OBLIQUE.

The thermostatic mixing valves Aquamix Series 61C, 62C and 61CM are offered in versions with male and female connections as well as 4 setting positions. The valve body is made of brass nichel-plated on both inside and outside; moreover an inner teflon coating is provided in order to reduce scaling caused by hard water. Each valve is provided with two mesh strainers which, when inserted inside the hot water (+) and cold water (-) ports avoid depositing of coarse particles thereby protecting valve operation.
