Dezinfication resistant brass body, Hand wheel operated, numerical indicator, inside screw non rising handwheel, Memory stop inner spindle, integral fixed orifice, supplied with two test points. Extended test points available 0284-11 blue, 0284-12 red End connections threaded according to ISO 7/1.

Manufactured to BS 7350 PN 20 Series BThe HERZ 4017 DZR combined regulating and measuring valve has an integral orifice incorporated into the valve casting. Available in sizes from DN15 to DN50, to 2, with BSP female threaded ends to BS21 and manufactured to BS 7350. The valve is also available in Low Flow and Medium Flow DN15 versions.

The commissioning valve has hidden regulating and locking functions with high accuracy and good repeatability.

The valve is fitted with two standard pressure test points, extended test points are available when required. A Micro-set two number position indicator is fitted to the adjustment handle for recording the valve position.

Body made of cast iron GJL 250 according to EN 1561, flange according to EN 1092, PN 16, length according to NORM EN-558-1, basic series 1, blue enamel coating. Dezincification resistant brass upper part, with non-rising spindle. Spindle seal by means of double O-Ring. Two test points 1 0284 are mounted next to the handwheel.

The ball valve is used in residential, commercial and industrial applications. It is designed for use on water, compressed air and oils, but not on aggressive fluids. Pay attentional soon additives (see also resistance table for other uses)! The ball valve is used as a shut off device. It is not used as a regulating device and has to be in fully opened or fully closed position.
