With the VM300 and VM400 folding machine, screen, PVC and other fabrics are folded and clamped in a special plastic U-profile. This process guarantees an exact flat fold for welding a pocket with, for example, an IL110 welding machine. After welding, the U-profile is removed and can be used again. Three different U-profiles are available in a maximum length of 400 cm.

Decorative No-Cut ButtonholeThe S-4000 ISBH produces a buttonhole which has a similar appearance to a normal buttonhole but is purely decorative and non-functional. This type of buttonhole is not cut and is used on the sleeves of mens and ladies jackets, suits and sports coats. Since this buttonhole is not cut, and is done on a fast chainstitch machine, sewing at speeds up to 3, 800 spm, the operator is able to sew 2 3 times more jacket/coat sleeves, than with a conventional buttonhole machine.
Only one square bar is sewn while at the other end the small stitch gives the appearance of a rounded end. On the finished garment the button is sewn over the square bar. The size of the buttonhole is from 15, 8 mm to 25 mm (5/8 to 1). To see the difference between the regular and ISBH buttonhole please see the drawings below.

High Speed Sewing with Reduced Noise LevelThe S-4000 series has electronically adjustable sewing speed up to 3, 800 spm and are the fastest chainstitch buttonhole and special application machines available. Due to the DC Drive Motor the machine is 20% faster than other models. The noise level is also significantly lower on the S-4000.
The sewing machine which integrates the direct-drive motor, control box and control panel into a monolithic body is now provided with a new dry oil pan mechanism. It not only eliminates oil stains on sewing products, but also further enhances workability and maintainability.

This promises consistent finished quality.
Economy version of mechanical eyelet buttonhole machine that includes many features associated with higher priced machines available in the market. The S-100 mechanical eyelet buttonhole machine provides the user with excellent value and is offered in the widest range of models including the round eyelet. Buttonhole length, eye/no eye buttonhole and type of buttonhole finishing can be rapidly changed with the replacement of a small pattern cam. All cams are supplied with the mechanical eyelet buttonhole machine as standard. Selection of buttonhole cutting is simply and quickly done by using two levers. The mechanical eyelet buttonhole machine is sewing open, flybar, cross bar buttonholes with or without the eye, 2-7 mm round eyelet buttonholes at the speed of 1750 spm. The regular buttonhole length is adjustable between 10-32 mm depending on the garment manufacturers requirements and the machine model.

Pattern Cam ReplacementButtonhole size, eye style (regular eye or no eye), and end finishing (open end, flybar, crossbar) can be rapidly changed, by changing the pattern of shape cam. If buttonhole size is changed, the length gauge must also be adjusted. This gauge is similar to both the S-101 and S-104.
The S-100 machine sews up to 1, 750 spm. Productivity of an average of 3, 200 buttonholes is based on 8-hour day. The daily productivity with RDE machine models (052, 053) is about 5, 700 spm.
Simple selection of buttonhole cuttingCut before, cut after or no cut are easily and quickly selected by using two levers. The same mechanism is used on the S-101 and S-104 models.
