With the VM300 and VM400 folding machine, screen, PVC and other fabrics are folded and clamped in a special plastic U-profile. This process guarantees an exact flat fold for welding a pocket with, for example, an IL110 welding machine. After welding, the U-profile is removed and can be used again. Three different U-profiles are available in a maximum length of 400 cm.
For creasing coated fabrics (one or two crease lines), this machine can be build with a special crease blade.

Rotary storage system for fabric rolls. Rolls are stored on shafts or in cradles and moved using a chain system.
A rotary storage system can be built stand alone or integrated below the cutting table. The roll is transferred to the cutting table or alternatively the cutting table pulls the fabric while the roll stays in the storage system.

The S-4000 ISBH produces a buttonhole which has a similar appearance to a normal buttonhole but is purely decorative and non-functional. This type of buttonhole is not cut and is used on the sleeves of mens and ladies jackets, suits and sports coats. Since this buttonhole is not cut, and is done on a fast chainstitch machine, sewing at speeds up to 3, 800 spm, the operator is able to sew 2 3 times more jacket/coat sleeves, than with a conventional buttonhole machine.

Only one square bar is sewn while at the other end the small stitch gives the appearance of a rounded end. On the finished garment the button is sewn over the square bar. The size of the buttonhole is from 15, 8 mm to 25 mm (5/8 to 1). To see the difference between the regular and ISBH buttonhole please see the drawings below.

Chainstitch buttonholing provides increased productivity with no bobbin change. The elasticity of the chainstitch also provides the flexibility needed for many fabrics such as knitwear.

The S-4000 series has electronically adjustable sewing speed up to 3, 800 spm and are the fastest chainstitch buttonhole and special application machines available. Due to the DC Drive Motor the machine is 20% faster than other models. The noise level is also significantly lower on the S-4000.

The sewing machine which integrates the direct-drive motor, control box and control panel into a monolithic body is now provided with a new dry oil pan mechanism. It not only eliminates oil stains on sewing products, but also further enhances workability and maintainability.

The machine automatizes a series of pocket setting processes such as the folding of a pocket, placement of the pocket on a garment body, sewing, bartacking and stacking, thereby increasing productivity and achieving production without requiring the operator to have any special skill. Economy version of mechanical eyelet buttonhole machine that includes many features associated with higher priced machines available in the market. The S-100 mechanical eyelet buttonhole machine provides the user with excellent value and is offered in the widest range of models including the round eyelet. Buttonhole length, eye/no eye buttonhole and type of buttonhole finishing can be rapidly changed with the replacement of a small pattern cam. All cams are supplied with the mechanical eyelet buttonhole machine as standard. Selection of buttonhole cutting is simply and quickly done by using two levers. The mechanical eyelet buttonhole machine is sewing open, flybar, cross bar buttonholes with or without the eye, 2-7 mm round eyelet buttonholes at the speed of 1750 spm. The regular buttonhole length is adjustable between 10-32 mm depending on the garment manufacturers requirements and the machine model.

Buttonhole size, eye style (regular eye or no eye), and end finishing (open end, flybar, crossbar) can be rapidly changed, by changing the pattern of shape cam. If buttonhole size is changed, the length gauge must also be adjusted. This gauge is similar to both the S-101 and S-104.

The S-100 machine sews up to 1, 750 spm. Productivity of an average of 3, 200 buttonholes is based on 8-hour day. The daily productivity with RDE machine models (052, 053) is about 5, 700 spm.

Cut before, cut after or no cut are easily and quickly selected by using two levers. The same mechanism is used on the S-101 and S-104 models.

All S-100 models provide our customers with a wide range of buttonholes ranging from basic adjustable flybar and open end to the cross bar and round eyelet. Please refer to the Available models & Applications and Technical specifications for more detailed information.

The Roller Activated Stop Motion reliably positions the brake pad for a full revolution of braking every time. By absorbing much of the inertia prior to the stop, the life of the machine is prolonged and quality problems, such as double stops, are virtually eliminated.

The machine spends more time sewing since components like fly over and the eccentric are no longer needed and fewer adjustments are required. This stop motion is also used on our finest eyelet buttonhole machine S-104.

The S-100 is equipped with a full drip oil wick lubrication system. By using wicks to carry oil to the critical parts of the machine, oiling is easier and less time consuming

The advantage of this system is that it eliminates periodic oiling downtime, reduces maintenance expenses and prolongs the machine life.

An oil level indicator shows the operator or mechanic when the machine is low on oil, protecting the machine from severe damage that can be caused by running a machine without the minimum required oil.

The electronic eyelet buttonhole machine combines the excellent traditional buttonhole quality performance with new revolutionary machine design, four patented mechanisms and currently the highest sewing speed. All sewing parameters are very simply adjustable on a large full color touch screen. Ultra flexibility on mens suit is ensured by specially designed ULTRAFLEX model where lapel buttonholes are cut fully or partially, and are sewn in one sequence with jacket front buttonholes. The vertical cutting improves the buttonhole cutting in its whole length. The lever cutting system has been replaced by pneumatically controlled vertical cutting mechanism applying the same pressure throughout the buttonhole length and providing the operator with clean and reliable buttonhole cutting on all types and multiple layers of material.

The needle, looper and gimp thread can be separately adjusted from the sewing head without the need to tilting the sewing head. This system improves the sewing quality on different fabrics and therefore the final buttonhole appearance.

5.7 LCD high resolution touch screen display is fixed onto the machine table and incorporates new sewing functions. The use of easily understood symbols makes the machine very easy to operate, minimizing training time.

Pneumatic system controls are used for the clamping, spreading, cutting of the material, thread nipper, stitch bite, suction system and also for the thread tension of needle, looper and gimp thread.

The cycle sewing allows up to 21 different buttonhole combinations to be sewn in 47 different programs. The operator can set the machine to sew any of the required buttonhole styles, i.e. to cover all buttonhole applications on a formal jacket. All settings can be done easily by the operator on the touch screen display.

The machine is equipped with new longer clamp feet. The longer arms improve the material handling and provide the operator with more space when clamping the sewn garment. Availability of different types of clamp feet for a variety of applications ensures optimum fabric clamping.

The ES 505 machine can sew a variety of buttonhole shapes with or without gimp including the round eyelet. Depending on the manufacturer requirements, up to 99 different stitching patterns can be set in the memory of the machine.

When sewing the round end finish, the operator can set two different start positions, which are either in the first row or in the eye. When the eye start is selected, the finished buttonhole looks much cleaner since the trimmed thread ends are covered by the button, especially on trouser applications.

Servo motor controlled carriage movement ensures very accurate feeding of fabric for cutting operations. Automatic Flap Sewing, on left or right welts, is possible with the help of a photocell system fitted as standard on the machine. Independent clamping can be activated if the operator prefers to spread the fabric before sewing operation.
