The GF_VEDO line of operator terminals offers a compact and economic system for machine control.
Machine cycle control [IEC1131 based Soft PLC] and graphic page display [SCADA] are integrated in a single product.
This integration provides a variety of quick and economical automation solutions.
The GF_VEDO ML 104CT is offered with a 10.4 TFT active matrix display, with resolution of 800600 pixel (SVGA).
The processor belongs to the GEODE family (32 bit), with a minimum of 128 MB to a maximum of 512 MB of RAM, depending on the operating system installed.
A extremely important feature is the complete absence of moving parts: a Compact Flash mass memory of various capacity [1GB2GB] is used, offering maximum safety even in the presence of strong vibration.

The brushless motors series S65 have been developed to warrantee a full application flexibility and economic advantages, in all the industrial application where are mandatory features such as high efficiency, high motors performance and space optimization.
The S65 series provides high dynamics in accelerations and decelerations, achieving the highest level of performance for what is concerning duty cycles rapidity and accuracy and providing mechanical transmission really exceptional.
The CU range of load cells are designed for the measurement of static or dynamic loads in compression.

The IMPACT series of Gefran, are pressure transmitters, without transmission fluid, for using in High temperature environment (350C). Medium pressure is transferred directly to the sensitive silicon element via a thick diaphragm. Strain is transduced by a micro-worked silicon structure (MEMS). The operating principle is piezoresistive. IMPACT is Gefrans exclusive series of high-temperature pressure sensors that use the piezoresistive principle. The main characteristic of IMPACT sensors is that they do not contain any transmission fluid. The sensitive element, directly positioned behind the contact membrane, is realised in silicon through microprocessing techniques. The micro structure includes the measurement membrane and piezoresistors. The minimum deflection required by the sensitive element makes it possible to use very robust mechanics. The process contact membrane can be up to 15 times thicker than the membrane used in traditional Melt sensors
The CIR-D voltage or current amplifiers have been designed to enable the user to adapt non-amplified strain gauge transducers (load cells, pressure transducers) to acquisition systems, PLC, instrumentation with high level inputs.
These amplifiers have galvanic isolation between the supply voltage and the transducer to increase the rejection of noise generated by the power supply itself.
The availability of the output in current enables the signal to be carried over long distances or used in intelligent automation systems.

GF-BOX is a PC box with highly scalable control functions. This version combines the typical functions of PC architecture with a number of specific control application functions (such as use of the VxWorks operating system with GAB programming environment) in a compact case. The Intel processor power can be used for high performance control and automation. Because GF-BOX can be operated with Windows XP (both Professional and Embedded), it can be used for many industrial applications, such as machine control units, data centralization systems, and supervision.
GF-BOX is equipped with a VGA interface (resolution 1024768 at 16 million colors) for connection to external monitors and displays. This version uses Intel Mobile class processors; such as the Celeron 600 MHz, Celeron 1500 MHz, which efficiently manages heat dissipation in order to limit use of the PC cooling fan. GF-BOX can be fitted with a DOM-type solid state mass storage or a 2.5 HD for better configuration, depending on the application and operating system used. Thanks to the complete series of available ports (Ethernet, USB, serials, parallel, PS/2, etc.), GF-BOX can be connected to the various peripherals commonly used by industry. Optional custom interfaces and standard PCI and PC104 expansion slots provide maximum connectivity. Available interfaces include CAN bus, RS422/485 serial expansions and additional Ethernet channels. A number of functions, such as keyboard control, LEDs, and switch-on logic output with programmable timer, are useful for controlling machines and industrial lines. Careful construction and mechanical design make it easy to install and give correct access to expansions. Simple maintenance guarantees long life and reliability.
TPF Series flush diaphragm pressure transducers are based on bonded strain gauge on stainless steel technology. Thanks to the strong flush diaphragm made with 17-4 PH stainless steel, TPF is particularly suitable for pressure measurement where the media is with high viscosity (thick fluids, oils, rubber, pulps, chemical products, etc.) and the traditional transducers with internal measuring chamber cannot be used. The high thickness of the diapragm makes the product very reliable and suitable for heavy industrial application.

The model TDP plug-in display is a universal local display suitable for use with various transmitters. The transmitter must be fitted with an analogue output and a connector in accordance with DIN43650. Type TDP2000 can be delivered for use in hazardous areas. The SieiDrive SM32 devices are AC/DC three-phase half-controlled converters designed to supply constant voltage to the DC link of the AVy and AGy inverters.
SM32 is suitable to power supply both single and multiple inverter systems parallel connected to a common DC link.
The precharge of the leveling capacitors, which can be set via internal dip-switches, is performed by partializing the Mains voltage via an input thyristor bridge.
A diagnostic circuit allows to set the delay time for the switching off of the power thyristor during a power dip.

GT-C is an extremely powerful, modular, PC based, panel mounted control.
The application programs for the user interface screens and machine operating cycle (soft-logic) run on the GT-C.
GT-C is based on an Intel Celeron 400 MHz processor, which may be substituted with either a PentiumIII-M 800 MHz or a PentiumM 1, 1 GHz new generation processor equipped with Intel Centrino technology.
This particular architecture, based on the ETX standard, allows for ongoing upgrading of the product to keep pace with changes in technology.
All the processors are of the low voltage, low consumption type that do not require individual cooling fans, thus the GT-C can even be placed in severe environments.
The GT-C can be equipped with a solid state, mass storage memory of the DOM type, or a 2.5 HD for improved configuration depending on the application utilised.
Thanks to the full range of available ports, namely Ethernet, USB, serial, parallel, PS/2 etc., GT-C can connect with the various peripherals that are currently in use in the industrial field.
If to this we add the optional customised interfaces, and the standard PCI, PC104 and PCMCIA expansion slots, a particularly broad spectrum of connectivity is achieved.
Amongst the available interfaces are those for CAN, CANOpen, DeviceNet and Profibus, as well as the RS422/485 serial line expansions for Modbus.
The GT-C supports LCD TFT 10, 4 and 12, 1 colour displays, both offering 800600 pixel resolution.
It is also possible to install an optional touch screen membrane.
The standard GT-C version is equipped with a keyboard panel with groups of programmable keys.
8 function keys under the display and 23 programmable keys for different screens; 20 keys are configured with customisable graphics on removable labels, 49 keys configured with status LEDs for management of machine commands, with customisable graphics on removable labels and 6 monitoring LEDs, as well as a customisable customer logo on removable labels.
For memorising machine data, the front panel is equipped with a USB connection for the Pen drive offered as one of the available accessories.
The GT-C can also be ordered with a customised synoptic of the customers own design.
The care taken during assembly and the careful mechanical study provide the user with ease of installation, proper access to the GTCs expansions and proper product maintenance, thus ensuring durability and reliability over time.
