ApplicationBefore application the surface should be clean, free of dust, moisture and grease. D-FIX isapplied to the substrate with a brush or roller. EPDM Bonding Adhesive is installed in a onesided, wet lay-in application on horizontal surfaces. For vertical surfaces, the adhesive is used in the traditional two-sided application, and the two surfaces are mated only after the adhesive becomes tacky (approx. 10 - 15 minutes). This adhesive is a heat- and moisture-cure product, with the cure time depending upon ambient weather conditions. As such, this adhesive is to be used when the temperature is 40°F.

PackingD-FIX is available in 18 L / 5 L metal pails.

Coverage6 to 9 sqm/Ltr on an even surface depending upon the substrate material and type of application.

StorageWhen stored in original, unopened container the average life is 10 to 14 months at 10 to 35 °Cif stored in above-mentioned conditions. Shelf life information is only a recommendation and not a fact of life. The real expiration date highly depends on the history of storage and handling of the accessories. Quality and applicability should thus always be verified: when mixed, product should stir into a smooth and homogeneous blend with no evidence of major clumping or separation/phasing. Once opened, use within 48 hours.

SafetyKeep away from naked fire. For any information. Do not smoke while applying. Do not usein a confined or unventilated area. Vapors are heavier than air and may travel along ground or may be moved by ventilation and ignited by pilot lights, other flames, sparks, heaters, smoking, electrical motors, static discharge, or other ignition sources at locationsdistant from material handling point and flashback. All containers should be grounded hen material is transferred from one container to another. A red caution label is requiredwhen shipping. A fire extinguisher should be available. PrecautionsRefer to Material Safety Data Sheet. Flammable. Keep away from fire and open flame and other possible ignition sources during storage and use. Do not smoke when using. Use only in well ventilated areas. Avoid prolonged contact with skin. Do not contaminate withforeign materials. For professional use only. Keep out of reach of children. Thinning is notallowed. Avoid breathing vapors. Keep container closed when not in use. Use with adequate ventilation. If inhaled, remove to fresh air. If not breathing, perform artificial respiration. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen. Call a physician immediately. During application, efforts must be made to prevent fumes from entering the building via air ventilationducts. Do not place open containers or mix adhesive near fresh air intake units. When possible, shut down or seal off the closest units.

PRIMEX – EPDM is a low viscosity solution of synthetic rubber and resins combined with organic, halogen free solvents. It is intended for use for the lap joint. Primex has been formulated with VOC exempt solvents for use in regulated markets where other solvent borne primers can not be used. This primer does not react with atmospheric moisture allowing it to be opened and resealed for use at a later date.

Application ProcedurePRIMEX is suitable for sealing the laps. All surfaces to be primed must be firm, flat, dry and free from dust and grease. PRIMEX is applied to the substrate with a brush or lambs wool roller. Laps should be at least 50mm and spread PRIMEX across the lap area. All work surfaces should be clean, dry, free of dirt, dust, debris, oils, un-adhered coatings, deteriorated membrane and othercontaminants that may result in a surface that is not sound or isuneven. If necessary, clean the surface with an approved EPDMor TPO membrane cleaner prior to application.

Important Imformation

• PRIMEX will keep for 6 months at °10+C to °25+C in the unopened container.
• Avoid direct sunlight.
• Stir thoroughly before use.
• The minimum application temperature is °5+C.
• Surfaces and tools can be cleaned
• PRIMEX is inflammable and should be kept away from naked flames.
• Smoking is not permitted in the vicinity.
• Workers area should be ventilated and containers kept closed to prevent inhalation.

PackagingPRIMEX is packed in 4.5 kg tins/16 ltr pail.

Safety PrecuationsPrimex is a combustible material and should be shipped and stored away from open flames, heat or sources of ignition. Keep all pails tightly sealed while in storage. It should be used only in well-ventilated areas. It may cause eye, skin and respiratory irritation, and is harmful or fatal if swallowed. Avoid contact with skin. Use impervious clothing and rubber gloves to avoid prolonged or repeated contact with skin. Read the container label and follow all safety instructions.

ULTRAL LAP - ULTRAL LAP-fast skinning, fast curing product with 2K system. A modified EPOXY Polymer product with excellent adhesion properties on many surfaces. KENT 2K MS Sealer can be used as a fill-and joint sealer, for structure / profile seams or spreadable for larger areas. Applied with static mixer-tip with manual or automatic gun. An Anaerobic Sealer with Advanced resin technology containing Teflon for Locking, Sealing, Securing and Lap Making. Product is a high viscosity thixotropic gel paste which cures rapidly, sealing instantly to high strength ULTRAL LAP - specially formulated two-part compound for use on EPDM rubber roofing membrane, concrete substrate, metals, fiberglass and some plastics. It can be used to repair broken parts, fill holes and cracks and build up surfaces. Initial cure is  achieved in approximately 6 minutes. On full cure it can be painted, drilled or cut.

MixingULTRAL LAP comes as two parts. Dispense equal amounts (golf ball size, for example) of Part A and Part B. These products have a limited shelf life and should be used as soon as possible.(Min shelf life 6 months) Pot Life/Working Time; this material is mass sensitive. The more material you mix at one time, the less time you have to work with it. Working tip If mixing a large quantity, flatten putty with a rolling pin to reduce mass concentration and extend pot life

Health And SafetyDRYSHIELD contains a tacky compound and during application can adhere to human skin. The stain can be removed by using a cloth dipped in a light solvent. In case the affected area is sensitive, like the eyes, please contact the company physician for advice. and goggles against splashes are recommended. If in eyes, flush thoroughly with clean water, holding open to ensure trapped product may be flushed away. If swallowed, give water to drink and seek medical advice. If inhales, unlikely due to products viscosity, remove to fresh air and apply artificial respiration if required and seel medical attention. If on skin, remove contaminated clothing and wash skin with soap and water.
