FLOORFORT FG-Extreme Heavy duty Polyurethane Flooring Systems are Unique as they are specifically formulated to meet the demands of existing and new build fast track projects. It is a multi component, solvent free, flexible hybrid polyurethane flooring system for heavy duty and exterior/interior requirements . This resin rich floor systems that are moisture tolerant and are ideally suited to the most aggressive environments and fully serviceable at temperatures from -40°C up to 130°C centigrade.
Features
FLOORFORT FG Extreme uses for the floor areas requiring maximum thermal stability and chemical resistance such as food and beverage processing industries, cool rooms and freezers, commercial kitchens, abattoir, chemical plants, laboratories, auto mobile industrie , pharmaceutical and hospitals .
Surface Preparation All surfaces must be clean and free of any moisture, dirt, oil, grease, soapy films, surface chemicals, or other foreign contaminants. Surfaces shall be free of sharp projections, ridges and losses aggregate. The actual surface preparation procedures which are to be followed on a specific project will vary depending upon the age of the concrete, the degree of finishing or troweling, or presence of contaminants or curing compounds.
Mixing FLOORFORT FG-Extreme is supplied in pre-measured multi components ( Base, Hardener , Binders , Colorant for Specific requirements ). Base and hardener components should be stirred separately before mixing together. Mix colour pack along with hardener component to achieve a uniform consistency . Add base and continue mixing . Add Binding fillers slowly in to the mixed components and continue mixing further for at least three minutes to obtain a lump free mixture . Always prefer to mix the given pre measured quantity at one shot and use within the pot life to attain maximum performance of the product .
ApplicationThrough mix FLOORFORT FG extreme should be spread on the prepared surface with a notched trowel to a desired thickness . prior to utilizing the material. Apply by brush, roller or airless spray and if required go for the second coat. Successive spreads should be placed perpendicular to the previous spread before the surfaces begins to set to assure positive and uniform build. Entire surface must be uniformly spread and be free from voids, pinholes and blisters.
CoverageCoverage rates will depend on the profile of the substrate. To obtain a 3 mm thickness flooring, requires 3 liters of the mixture.
Packing and Shelf Life Multi Component set, If stored under covered roof, shelf life will be 12 months

FLOOR FORT-EF is a high performance trowel applied solvent free food grade epoxy floor topping with excellent resistant to high mechanical wear and chemical properties. Epoxy Self Smoothing Flooring Screed has been developed typically for areas here optimum chemical resistance combined with decorative effect is required. By using the most up to date in solvent free technology self smoothing system will produce an easily cleaned, non toxic, chemically spill resistant floor with good colour and colour retention. This is a heavy duty industrial flooring. This fluid applied resinous flooring system are optimal for food and beverage companies /industries due to the ability to stand up to the food and safety ith extreme environments.
Features
Application Field Recommended for the food and beverage, pharmaceutical, laboratories, hospitals, chemical factories to produce a decorative seamless performance self leveling floor system. It is an extremely high strength floor topping designed for use wherever food and safety standards must be met. It can be applied on most sound substrates including concrete, quarry tile, brick pavers, wood and metal floors. It will restore deteriorated concrete in to a better than new condition.
LEED RequirementsFLOORFORT EF flooring system meet the required VOC and emissions requirements and therefore contribute to LEED EQ Credit 4.2 &4.3 : Low-Emitting Materials
HACCP RequirementsFLOORFORT EF food safe flooring system meet the requirements of HACCP to service environments of highest possible hygiene food and beverage safety standards.
Application - Surface PreparationThe substrate (concrete) should be one month old and fully dry, clean and sound. The surface must be free from dust, oil, curing compound and any foreign material. The substrate should be moisture free.
PrimingPrime the fully prepared surface (Consult OBS-Support for proper selection of primer)
MixingMix part A (resin) and part B (hardener) separately for 3 minutes using a speed drill fitted with a paddle. Then slowly add Part C (filler) and mix it well for 3-5 minutes to get even consistency. Apply the ready mix soon after the mixing. Prefer 2.5 mm thickness for general conditions .
ApplicationThe well mixed Floor Fort Screed should be spread to uniform thickness on the primed surface using trowel and smoothen it. Apply at desired thickness (1.5mm to 9 mm possible)depending on requirements.
Cleaning of Tools Clean all the tools and equipment with Organix Solvent immediately after the use.
Packing Three pack system consisting of “A” “B” and “C”. It can be supplied in 22 Kg Multiple Pack set

FLOOR FORT-100 is a two-component solvent free high build epoxy floor coating and it provides concrete floor surface excellent resistance to abrasion and protection against chemical attack. It’s a good ard-wearing floor coating at Food processing plants, manufacturing , hospitals, warehouses, showrooms etc. It can be used for vertical and horizontal applications.Different grades of slip resistance can be achieved by inclusion of graded aggregate between coats.
Features
Application Procedure - Surface PreparationThe substrate (concrete) should be fully dry, clean and sound. Vacuum blasting is preferred Cracks should be repaired and should allow to cure. Surface irregularities must be ground down or filled out with FLOORFITREL or repair materials from ORGANIX. The substrate should be moisture free. After all preparation has been completed, ensure dust is removed from the surface. This is best achieved using an industrial vacuum.
PrimingIf required, Prime the fully prepared surface with the given primer.
MixingMix part A (resin) and part B (hardener) separately for 1 minute using a slow speed drill fitted with a paddle. Then add Part B in to Part A and mix well for 3 minutes to get even consistency.
CoatingApply using quality brush or short nap roller ensuring surfaces are fully covered. After when the first coat get cured (24hrs), apply the second coat at right angles to the first with minimum thickness of 200 microns each coat.If Non –slip surface is required by broad casting FLOOR FORT Anti slip grain to FF 100 first coat whilst still wet. After drying the excess aggregate should be vacuum cleaned from the surface. The top coat can now be applied. Depending on the surface profile, type and density of the FF aggregate used, the top coat may consume more material than the base coat to achieve a fully sealed surface. The top coat must be applied within the maximum over coating time period i.e. 36 hours at 25°C or 24 hours at 40°. Expansion joints in the existing substrate floor must continue through the FloorFort coating. Contact your local BASF representative for advise on ORGANIX SealFlex sealants.
Cleaning of ToolsClean all the tools and equipment with solvent based epoxy cleaner immediately after the use.
PackingAvailable in 20 L and 5 L Pack
StorageStore under ware house conditions, in the original unopened packs. Store out of direct sunlight, clear of the ground and on pallets. Protect from rainfall. Avoid excessive compaction and protect from extrems of temperature
