"Triple Duty Valve primarily required on the discharge side of a centrifugal pump in a hydronic heating or cooling system. This valve functions as a shut-off valve, spring loaded silent check valve, and balancing valve. Triple Duty Valves are constructed from rugged cast iron castings that are machined to exacting specifications. These bodies have drilled flanges that are in accordance with ASME B16.1.
The Keckley Style TDV has an automatic and silent operation. The disc will open when the line pressure is approximately PSI. As the line pressure approaches zero, the spring will close the disc to prevent flow reversal and water hammer. The flow through the valve can be from bubble tight shut-off to full flow by the acme rising stem."

Light weight and compact PVC / CPVC valves idea for OEM applications due to its' high quality and low cost. The internal components are completely encapsulated within the valve body in a one step manufacturing process. There is no danger of leakage through assembled parts.These valves do not require adjustment because all the internals are sealed within the one-piece valve body.
These valves are compact, about 1/3 the size of true-union valves and they weigh about 50% less. The all PVC construction of these compact OEM ball valves eliminates rust or corrosion issues. This ensures that the valve will never stick, jam or fail to operate like a metallic valve might due to corrosion.

Prevent reversal of flow in piping systems to protect pumps, filters and other process equipment with true union ball check valves manufactured from PVC and CPVC with FPM seals. Y check valves enable servicing without removing the valve from the pipeline and they work in any orientation as long as there is a minimum 2 PSI back pressure.
These Y check valves are spring loaded to creat a seal even in the absence of back pressure. These are often used to reduce water hammer when pumps are started in an empty, open line.These are hand adjustible for opening at pressures from 2 to 15 PSI. PVC construction with FPM or EPDM seals, these Y check valves work in any orientation. True union connections are available.
